I worked here when it first opened. The store manager is very disorganized, never helped the team when we got busy. My first week I ended up sick and told him I needed to leave since I was throwing up and he got rude and told me if I didn't leave right then he was calling an ambulance (as I was throwing up in a trashcan in the back) When ever a customer asked for a manager he was no where to be found and if I left the table to get him I got in trouble. Also got in trouble for running to the back to grab more ingredients after I called it out a thousand times that I needed it but never received it. Sorry but in my experience I get the customer what they want if I know I have it in the back..one way or another they will get it. Many times I didn't receive a 30 minute break because I didn't finish my prepping in the morning in time..I was also pregnant...they knew. Multiple times you would turn around and find out you are the only one on the line because someone else went on break or had to leave, with a full line of Customers! I do want to say though, you customers were great when you seen that happen. You saw how I was still trying to get everyone's order fast but accurate and still with plenty of food. They actually wanted us to not give much meat Out! That's how they are trained and if we did they started yelling at us on how they are going to charge every customer double meat and then the customer has every right to tell at me for it! Sorry, get a new owner...He's the worst boss I have ever had. He also held it against me when I was able to return to work after being sick always asking if I needed to leave or just making side remarks about it like it was my fault. Once my boyfriend transferred there, things got even worst to the point he quit as soon as he got a different job. You want to be treated like you don't matter, work here.
Sorry to any of my customers that seen my ugly side or my robot face, I hated working here and couldn't...
Read moreMe and my father tried this place out for the first time today, we usually hit up other Mexican food places on Power Rd but noticed this one while picking up from Domino's and decided to try it out. My dad got a enchilada and was content, he's had better and he's had worse. I was going to order some tacos but while waiting noticed the daily specials and on Sunday it was Fideo. I've never had it nor knew it existed but I saw a photo of it and it looked really delicious, first thought was a mexican spaghetti. So I ordered and was asked for type of meat and if I wanted everything on it. I took that as if I want it to look like the picture, say yes to everything. When it was being little by little it started not looking at all like the advertisement and when it was done I was thinking I should say something but I figured I didn't know how to make it and I trusted them to. I did start to eat it, first like a entree but then sorry just picking out the chicken and then finally noticing it was quite runny I quit. Now if this was supposed to be a soup then my bad. The thing that really disappointed me was when I expressed dissatisfaction to the staff she advised me that next time just ask the person making it to make it the way I wanted, less juice and no so much lettuce and cilantro. I left this restaurant having not enjoyed my meal or my time there. I've work where customer satisfaction scores mean everything and keep getting amazed how bad it is done places. I won't be coming back, sorry. I've posted the photo of what I thought I was ordering and probably should of snapped a photo of what I...
Read moreImmediately felt like we walked into a morgue. Absolutely zero energy in the restaurant at 6 PM on a Friday night. Tried to dismiss it as it was a slow night. Then while ordering I was wondering if there was a fight in the parking lot behind me - I kid you not, none of the workers would look me in the eye while ordering. We’ve been coming here on and off for 7 years and have felt a trended decline. No “extra meat” yells any more, no more friendly greetings, really feels like going through a jack in the box drive through now days. Reading other reviews of people saying they were out of ingredients - my wife orders a bowl and the lettuce baskets were both barren. The worker tried to ensure she picked out every last stranded piece to fill her bowl - only to be followed by my salad order on which she rolled her eyes to have to go grab a tub of salad to refill. And they were out of lime wedges for my salad 🤷🏻♂️ . The saving grace was the fact the food was fine. I’m not any sort of food critic but it filled me up and I had no complaints on the food. But was shocked at how much of our dinner was impacted by not receiving even as much as a smile from the entire restaurant and that was really disheartening. I miss the big guy clapping in the back hyping up the employees making sure the entire restaurant knew someone ordered extra meat, the energy, the passsion for an experience. I don’t know if the employees need a raise or they need a new rebirth of culture. Something is...
