Awkward atmosphere, I felt extremely judged. I'm not sure if it was because I'm young or if the lady just didn't like me. I was rushed into checking out before I was ready and the entire checkout conversation was just horrendous. I was asked what I was making and when I told the lady I make cat clothes (a harmless endeavor!) I recieved the dirtiest look. Ok well cat clothes aren't everyone's cup of tea but the absolutely rude attitude I got from this lady was overwhelming. This is something I'm very proud of and it makes me happy, I'm not sure why she was acting this way towards me. And to top it all off, before I walked out the lady gave me this nasty smirk and said "let me guess, you're one of those people who declaw their cats aren't you?" Okay first of all that is none of your business! Second, I don't declaw my cats but why is this even being discussed? And from her tone and the rude way she asked, I got a very clear idea of what this lady thinks of me. This honestly was one of the weirdest experiences, I mean wouldn't you want returning customers? Wouldn't you want me to buy more of your stuff? Apparently not! Most craft stores are excited to see young people getting into crafting but instead I felt very judged and quite honestly...

Let me just say when I found this place and actually visited I was amazed. She has a good selection of everything in here. It’s located in the mall so I was a bit apprehensive because I was looking for true gemstones for my beadwork. Boy was I surprised. Pleasantly. I was able to find the exact beads I needed along with the gold and silver clasps that have been sold out online for weeks. The owner is sooooo sweet. Very patient and very knowledgeable. Showed me a lil trick to cut my beading time in half. I can’t say enough good things if u need beads or cording gemstones clasps charms whatever she’s got it. today we went to window shop for parts i needed to replace my broken turquoise arrow head and necklace. there was three customers ahead of me but Judy directed me to where i could search for the bails, clasp and cords i might need. as soon as Judy was finished with those customers, she directed her undivided attention to us. she asked what i wanted and made some suggestions . she was very knowledgeable and patient with years of experience . i ended up purchasing two custom necklaces. i highly recommend this place for all your needs in jewelry making. the owner and Judy have great personality and had some funny conversations while i watched Judy performed her magic on my 2 New...
