I’m a little disappointed to have to be writing this review because this is a conveniently close place to where we live and we enjoy going here most of the time when we do. However, I feel like they are struggling a bit to recover from the COVID shutdown. Before, the drinks, the menu, and the nightlife were fine but not remarkable. Like I said, it’s conveniently close to us. However, post-shutdown I’ve noticed some differences. Their service attitude has changed. Charges on our bills have not been consistent from getting the first check to when we receive the charge receipt to sign. This has happened a few times. Also, there is a “convenience” fee, which I once thought was for credit card payments, but it’s charged 4 times for a party of 4, etc. Also, once we paid with cash and still was charged the convenience fee. I’m confused about what it is actually for.
Sadly, our most recent visit is probably our last. There was a miscommunication with the server who brought us more drinks when we didn’t ask for drinks. Although honest mistakes on both sides when the first bill was brought to us it still had the extra drinks. An updated bill was brought to us when the server took our card for payment (with 4 convenience fees on the bill) which had a total of $80-something, but when I received the charge receipt, the amount ran was for $92. Again, confused about the discrepancy but since my party was already out the door I didn’t have time to ask what the situation was. While signing I noticed we were also charged for a full sized Cesar salad when we ordered and received a side Cesar salad (albeit there was chicken on it, but we also specifically asked for no chicken -again, must have been a communication issue).
I hate to be that “problem” party but I think there were a lot of things going on in the situation, and I feel like our server could have asked for clarification at times. This place could definitely do a little bit to better their...
Read moreThe only reason for the low score is I had an utterly awful experience the karaoke person. She absolutely embodies every aspect and attribute of rude and unprofessional...foul mouthed abrupt snappy and disrespectful. I will not be spending another dime there on either Tuesday or Friday...if I spend 40 or so dollars...I will not be disrespected...the energy of Jacque is a significant drawback...I am not the only person who is of this opinion and observation. There's a good reason there are approximately 6 singers there consistently. Please consider this. I am a loyal patron on other nights and tip the waitresses well and am treated with respect. One rotten apple ruins the barrel. I will do my best to avoid OTG in the future until she is removed . Energy wise I can't and won't tolerate that situation. Furthermore she consistently takes a song on every rotation and often they are littered with vice and profanity. It's our turn to sing. Not hers. Values must be considered when selecting representation fir employed staff. Please consider this. I am only one patron..but patrons communicate with one another.
I nitice you do not respond to honest reviews that reflect sub par quality of staff...why??? Ignoring a problem usnt a solution. Please respond...if you even care???

Read moreHubby and I wanted to watch a college football game...this was the closest place to us. Sign next to the yellow chain that blocks your way in says wait to be seated. We waited over 5 minutes before we let ourselves in. Though other regular customers were acknowledged immediately and let in.
We were finally greeted by a waitress with "sit wherever you want". Then another waitress came over with menus wanting a drink order. Not a hello from either one. We asked about the game we wanted to watch and were direct to another gentleman who "is the remote control". He very rudely asked what we wanted and then put our game on a screen close by and we sat at the nearest table.
We ordered our drinks, then our food....my tenders were overcooked and tots were undercooked but hubby's wings were good. We watched our game....waitress made another appearance or two before I asked for a box and then we never saw her again until we flagged her down for our check.
Then we got the check....there's a convenience fee on it. I thought it might be for the extra ranch I asked for. Nope. It's for the convenience of using our debit card to pay. Which is interesting because she had NO IDEA we were paying with debit. How can you charge that before you know how your customer is paying???
Overall the staff were rude and we will not...
