Seemed like a burden on them if asked a question to give any type of answer. The salad bar was fresh I will say that which a lot of times you don't see but the vegetables anf salad options and toppings like eggs, diced ham and cottage cheese was all fresh. But all the food that actually needed to be cooked was not so good. The 3 soup options we so watered down in look and in taste. Everything else looked burnt or old. Their drinks that were offered were those that people rarely drink and mainly diet. The area was filthy there was 3 sweet tea containers and are supposed to be fresh but instead all of their lids were propped off and open and flies just sitting along the edges and flying down into the half filled containers Doing who knows what. The ice compartment on top of the sofa machine had no lid on it the lid was just leaning along the wall and it wad the same there with flies on the edges and flying into the ice container. Tried to freshen up and when I went into the bathroom it looked and smelt like it hadnt been clean in months. No soap in soap holder and one of the faucets didnt even work. One employee had gloves on but it didn't mean anything since she was first fixing her sock then tying her shoe then rang up a customer handled the money handed the gentleman his drink cup, got on phone, bumped a rag off the counter then picked it up off the floor with picking up some trash off the floor as well and to take it to the trash can put it in trash with pushing some other trash down and in as well then turned around went strait to the front grabbed that same rag she nust picked up off the floor and started drying the new plates that were just brought out for customers. I was sick to my stomach. $30 plus dollars and I didn't eat or drink and when mentioned politely the concerns and problems / opinions to the employees and even to the mamager I seriously got no response at all. Yes, please I'm going to leave and id like a refund. No response again, but movement just to take her phone out of her pocket and respond to a notification she received. I'm honestly shocked I have not been to a resteraunt or really anywhere with such unprofessionalism, extreme lack in customer service as well as how dirty the whole place was. There seemed to be no manager but all young kids working. Now I usually never comment like this because I feel my opinion will be different then yours and I Most Certainly have NEVER written a amything NEGATIVE which I dont mean to be rude but something seriously needs to happen at this Souper Salad. Actually went to Five Guys Burgers for the first time and O. M. G. !!!The burger I had was massive (regular) and got a "small" fry side that had more fries than the larg at the "Palace of the Golden Arches" do! The burger was simply phenomenal! I'd love to give them 10 stars were it possible. Service was great, food came out hot and quicker that expected. It's a tad expensive, but well worth it.

Example: me at the "Palace" 3 Dbl cheese, no pickle, no ketchup, add Mayo, Lrg Fries. $18 and change.

FGB's, regular cheese burger (two patties= ½lb of meat) options, mayo, mustard, no ketchup, onion, pickle, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions & mushrooms, peppers, jalapenos, etc... It was well over 100° outside, and very warm inside. It was so uncomfortable that we boxed up and took it home, not what we wanted. The food was good, the inside not that clean, though no one was in it but us. However, a young man came out to wipe tables, obviously he had not been trained how to, or didn't care. Not being mean, but I am experienced in restaurant work crew and management. It was sad.
