So I read the other negative reviews and wanted to give this place at least a chance. Well that was a mistake. I ordered a simple pizza I was told it would be here 45 minutes to an hour. And hour and a half goes by my guests have gone home. I call and tell them to cancel it. The girl informs me that the guy is five minutes away and all she is able to do is give me a $10 credit on my next order. As if I would use them again. Clearly they have policies that favor their best interest rather than bad of their customers. I have used Rosati's Pizza and had wonderful pizza from there for many many years as I am from Chicago. About 10 minutes later this guy shows up who has an attitude when I tell him that I don't need this pizza especially if it's cold -- more attitude. So I take the pizza and open it to find the pizza is dry is cardboard cold and not edible. My dogs wouldn't even eat it!
Thinking that possibly I was dealing with minimum-wage knuckleheads that took the order I called back today I am told I'm talking to a manager. Shannon. That says it all doesn't it. My second choice for second manager was someone named Hannah ! Right... Manager Shannon tells me nothing she can do about it but she can put a $10 credit on my next order. Lemmings. I informed her I have no intention of purchasing anything from them ever again so what good does it do me to have a credit on my account. She said she could contact the owner and let the owner know because he was the only when I could make a difference ... I asked for the phone number of the owner I am told we are not allowed to get that out but that she would have him call me. For clarity I repeated, slowly, so you get my money I get cardboard and my only choice seems to be to buy more from you? That's right... ...
Read moreThis place is so horrible it does not even deserve a star. Cold pizza, wrong toppings, and the rudest girl (manager) ever. We ordered a calzone and were going to have it delivered however my date picked it up on the way over. Hannah M the "manager" or so called manager was extremely rude and verbally insulting to him. He checked the order before leaving as we have read other reviews which were very poor ratings for this store. He noticed the calzone was flat and not half moon fluffy shaped. He asked about why it looked that way as other places have them golden brown and fluffy, she replied "You waited too long to pick it up". Reminding her that the order was initially for delivery and he has waited 8 minutes since arriving there, since the calzone was not done yet. Again she replied "You realize there are more than 4 items in this calzone thats why its flat". Obviously people this girl does not know what a calzone is to look like nor does she care about customer service, or quality control. Brad called me and asked if I wanted it I asked if it could be remade and all Hannah M offered was $10 credit for next time, which if she remade it the credit would be applied to the new calzone and we would still need to pay the additional amount of $15.34. This is ludicrous and very unacceptable service for the industry. I have noticed however upon reviewing others comments Hannah M, has gone way too far, and any reviews which are less than GOOD. Hannah M will search your Facebook or employer website and post an unfavorable review towards you personally. PATRONS BE WARE. Hannah M is not a professional and if you really must order Rosati's Go to another one, there are several...
Read moreThis is the worst Rosati's I have experienced. I have ate at a number of different locations, and this is by far the worst! I ordered a Chicago style pizza with a number of toppings, mild wings, and a caesar salad. Everything arrived in a timely manner. However, the pizza wasn't hot. It was disgustingly cold. After my first bite of the pie, all I could taste was burn flavor. Looking at the bottom of the pie I realized it was burnt. The wings were also cold. The one positive thing was the salad! (I can't imagine how that could be messed up). Anyway, I phoned the manager and after she tried to defend my concerns, she said she would issue me a $10 credit on a pizza that cost more than $30. Through previous experiences with other Rosatis I know a full refund can be issued. She insisted that was all that could be done. Instead of getting a measly $10 credit I suggested they remake the pizza and deliver it to me. It got here in the same timeframe, was warm, but looked nothing like the first pizza. This time my chicago style deep dish looked more like a thin crust with two inches of dough that stood up around the permitter of the pie. I was not happy. Knowing I wouldn't get anywhere with management, I have decided to write this review. I personally will not be eating at this Rosatis location ever again! Save yourself the trouble and the money, drive a little bit farther and go to one of their...
