Mr. Almanza and his crew were ABSOLUTELY STUPENDOUS for my daughter’s recent wedding!!!! Beginning with the customer service throughout the whole process, I am still soooooo impressed with the constant communication and attention to detail that he displays. If ever I had a question or concern, I received very quick and courteous responses. Now to the food and service. We were looking for the specific Brazilian style service and we were hooked as soon as we did a couple of tastings at Espadas’ weekend events… with many businesses you give up quality for customer service… not so with Espadas. The food is wonderfully delicious and they delivered EXACTLY what he said they would do at my daughter’s wedding on MLK day this year. These guys are sincerely worth every penny spent. My money actually thanked me for using it on this catering. I brought Espadas in to cater my wifes birthday and she smiled the whole night! The service, the live cooking outside of my house, the set up, the food, the food, the food and the food was over the top. They served each table and fed us until we had meat melting down our cheeks. This food is so good that I didnt want to floss because I wanted to save the food in my teeth for the next day. Espadas catered my wedding back in January. We had decided during our planning that food was very important to us and we wanted to give our guest an experience that had not had at a wedding. Through research we discovered Espadas and was able to communicate with the owner on what we were wanting. The the communication to the actual event 10/10 stars.
