Food was great, but the service was horrible and really hurtful. When I walked in the door I was not greeted, but stared at then avoided. I approached the register where 3 women were standing and I said hello, still no greeting and all but one lady looked away while standing there. I ordered a chicken burrito, paid and awkwardly found a place to sit. The lady that took my ordered brought my food (in a to go container) and said "here you go". This was the second and last time anyone spoke or looked at me. As other customers (white customers and 1 Mexican couple) began to come in for the lunch rush, there were greeted as they came in the door, they were asked "for here or to go", there was small talk and laughter. As I left, I threw away my to go container, passed by the register and said thank you, still no one responded or looked in my direction. I will not be coming back. It's unfortunate. I hate when I find great food and rude people. But I will not tolerate subpar service. I would rather eat...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible service me and my family have been coming here for years and have never had such a uncomfortable experience- two young ladies were running the front end but only one would talk to you- the other was standoffish and not friendly in any sense of the word. Felt like I was interrupting them even though it was 1pm and they close at 10pm.Never gave us any chips and salsa even after requesting it, did not ask how we wanted our eggs on our dish, failed to check up on us at all. Both ladies seemed more interested in speaking to a single man at the bar who was not ordering food. I got the enchiladas which I get everywhere and have never been more disappointed salsa was plain- like canned tomato sauce with zero spice- beans were saltier than the ocean and the rice was over cooked or maybe just stale from being used the day before. Would definitely not recommend ANYONE coming here pls save your money subpar food and service. they also tried to add their own tip to...
Read moreFriday May 27th around 11:20, it was a rainy day, I go in to order Five trompo tacos to go plus an iced tea. My bill was $4.89 and I was like THATS IT? WOW I LIKE THIS PLACE ALREADY! As I was waiting I was admiring how nice this place is and such delicious plates being served to other customers dining in. I then looked at a copy of the menu and noticed the prices and then looked at my receipt and noticed she only charged me for 1 taco! It was getting past 11:30 and I had to be at work by 12. The girl said they can't skip other customers who ordered after me. I was hurt being treated this way when it was my first time to try this place. Por que? Do sad things really have to happen on rainy days? But at least I got my money back.
June 8, looking at the photos people post. Looks so good, but don't know why I couldn't get an accurate...
