Wanted to fried catfish and try some of their Wicked Wings they've been advertising. Both were on point and I was impressed. I like that they're fresh and perfectly battered. I look forward to going back and trying their crispy chicken sandwich and hoping it comes Wicked Style. This location has gotten my order wrong 4 times. I ordered my food online and my order this time was missing the rolls. Last time it was missing chicken.
I called the store and the store manager Linda said I could go back and get the rolls however I live several miles away, which doesn't make sense. She also gave me the option to get the rolls another day, which that didn't make sense either. Why do I want rolls for another day if they are intended to be eaten with your food.
I highly recommend not going to this location if you can help it.. if you can't help it make sure to check your order to ensure you are getting what you paid for.

I gave them another chance on 12/09/21 and it was horrible. Placed my order via the drive thru and waited nearly 30 mins and nothing. I went inside to get a refund and will never go back. It is shame this business continues not to listen to feedback and give poor customer service. Do not waste your time...

I really enjoy the food but the system they use to hand the orders is horrible! I ordered at 4:52pm, says food would be done at 5:11pm. I get to the location at 5:15pm. Find out I have to get my order thru drive thru. I get to the kiosk at 5:42pm. told I would get my food at the second window, still have to wait for the cars in front of me to proceed. Wouldn’t it make sense to have a person for high traffic times hand out orders to online and food delivery services! The drive thru line is horribly long because of this reason. Finally got my food at 6:02pm, not really know how long my food was sitting there! It’s a big difference for food sitting there for 30 mins and 5-7mis! Get home at 6:11 and find out that the additional 3 tenders I ordered were missing and the corn nuggets I ordered turned out to be fried okra.
