Starbucks — Restaurant in Mesquite

Please, if you love starbucks like me, do not waste your money making any purchase whatsoever from this location in the tom thumb. Starbucks should taste the same everywhere you go because the sandwiches/pastries are premade and the drinks are the same recipe, so i don't know how they manage to continuously make atrocious drinks, but they do. Its either too strong or too much milk or something. I placed an order today, just a white chocolate mocha with foam, and an egg pesto sandwich. The barista leaves my sandwich in the oven for like 20 seconds after the timer went off, burnt it. And then handed me my drink, i said it was cold, and this woman looks at me and says "oh cause I didn't steam the milk" and I was just baffled?? Why would you even give me this drink. I worked at starbucks for YEARS and it would never cross my mind to forget to steam the milk? For the hot latte? Idk. Im a frequent tom thumb shopper and everytime i try to give this starbucks a visit, the employees are stoic and rude, the service is terrible, theyll let you stand in line for 5 minutes straight without even acknowledging you, and these people can't even make good drinks or heat the food up for the correct time theyre supposed to. Its insane. Never spending my money...

One of the most absolutely trashy service Starbucks ever. I CALLED for a travelers size to be sure they had them available in this location to which the woman said yes. I drove there and a young lady with glasses AND NO NAME TAG, said she didn’t know how to make them and another African American coworker was kind enough to at least try while this other person stood around doing absolutely NOTHING. I still shopped around and when I came back 15 minutes easily, they still hadn’t even started prepping. Not to mention I had a MEETING AND HAD BEEN HERE FOR OVER 20 MINUTES!!!!! And then they want to give them the traveler’s box all coffee stained and with no cap and a pup cup stuck in there? What kind of trashy service is this!? NOT ONLY DID I WASTE MY TIME BUT ALSO MY PATIENCE WITH THESE 2 INDIVIDUALS. No manager on sight however. I give this place a 1 stars. Service here is horrible and its not the first time, They seem to have an attitude for doing their job, the lady at the cashier can't seem to get your order correctly which throws the baristas off. When I tell the barista nicely that it's missing pumpkin cold foam , she rolled her eyes and I could over hear her tell her coworker that how annoying I was for asking her about the cold foam when I clearly paid for it. When she adds it on, it's not even the correct cold foam I had asked for or paid for. The whole time they kept having a look on their face. If you don't like your job then find something else and give the opportunity to someone else who actually wants to work here. Besides the attitudes and looks, the coffee still tastes bland.
