if it would let me give zero. most of the people at this establishment do not wish to be here. trust me I wish that my grandson was not undergoing surgery right now. and all I wanted was a cup of coffee to calm my nerves. so after patiently waiting for 15 minutes for a cup of coffee I asked the worker if my coffee was ready. . and she literally yelled at me where it echoed that it was coming.. and then she proceeded to yell at all the other customers to move to the other side of the establishment. I have never in my 42 years of life seen such a rude workers. and then at a hospital where most people wish that they didn't have to be there. Awful Service. This was my first time visiting the PJs in Oschner Medical Center. The cashier rang up 2 orders wrong in a row including mine. One ordered a Honey Oatmilk Latte and received a regular coffee. And when told that the order was wrong, the cashier told her no that’s not what I rang up. I ordered a Large Iced White Chocolate Latte and received it hot. And when I said it was supposed to be iced, they said no you got hot. I said well can I get it iced? They poured out some of the hot coffee and added ice to it, but the quality came out watered down and lukewarm…. Super unpleasant experience. I'm so disappointed. I'm lactose intolerant and I watched the young lady working as the barista on 3/29- the morning shift poor milk in the canister to warm up. There was already one heating up so I figured that one had oatmilk. I watched her poor the one that had milk into my cup and I asked her if it was oatmilk. She said yes ma'am. I took the approach of not judging her BUT 20 minutes later, I experienced admomninal cramping. Not ok to charge people for extras if your not going to honor it.
