In my 30 years of going to various dunkin donuts, this was the first time they refused to warm up the milk for my coffee. The girl at the register asked another lady which appeared to be her senior and they both said no. They said they can only heat the milk if I get a latte. I always ask for and get hot milk with my coffee at every dunking donuts, including this very dunking donuts numerous times when other staff have been there.
