Subway — Restaurant in Mexico Beach

We stopped in to get lunch. The Subway is in an old convenience store. The employees were so indifferent to the customers. And there were only 3 customers! It's not like we caught them when the place was busy. We both ordered a 6" combo meal and the total cost was over $28.00. As we took our sandwiches and chips and turned around to go to the drink dispenser to fill our drink cups we discovered the drink machine was out of Diet Coke, Coke and Coke Zero. I just paid a premium price to get a drink included with my meal and had to accept a fourth choice...

This Subway is located in corner of a convenience store. Not the freshest Subway sandwiches we’ve ever had. There’s not much to choose from in Mexico Beach. Lettuce was rotten in container. We both like lettuce on our sandwiches. Guy working the counter and making sandwiches said his manager would be very upset if he opened a fresh lettuce! Excellent service. I'm from out of town. Mom and myself came in 30 min before because every restaurant in the area was closed. A woman and her husband was there. The woman was working.
