I strongly suggest that Mios fix what’s broken. I recall around thirty years ago having my first pizza Blanca at the Hyde park , and we were hooked. That’s when they used to slice Roma tomatoes for the pizza and used the perfect amount of Alfredo sauce as their base. Then I had the first Blanca a few years ago that was sloppy and had a few scattered diced tomatoes, but it was still ok. Whatever this horrible concoction is that they are selling as a Blanca at Loveland Mios, they can keep it. Horrible excuse of something scattered on it that I think was supposed to be tomatoes. Looked and tasted like some red rubber flecks. Some gross garlic flavored oil in place of what was the Alfredo. Crust the equivalent of card board. As I said, horrible and you can keep it. Oh and not to mention the gross, old, brown , bagged lettuce for salad. Last $50 bucks ya get from us. I hope you decide to fix what wasn’t broken or I suspect we we’ll see an out of business sign for this location too.

Terrible experience. The calzone was exploded open with way too much cheese. Owner was very combative and argumentative. Will never return or recommend. Photo attached is only after eating about 5 bites. Calzone was falling apart, misshapen, soggy, greasy. Owner accused us of complaining after eating 90%?!?

My partner was into his second slice when he said it tasted funny. He didn't finish the second slice. I took a bite and spit it out because it was undercooked.

Never in my life have I been spoken by a manager, let alone an owner of an establishment when I called to tell them it wasn't done.

She told me every pizza is passed through the oven for 8 minutes and every pizza comes out the same. When I stated I understand cook times, she interrupted and told me to hold because other customers were at the counter, and “they needed help."

While on hold I decided to return the pizza for a refund.

When she got back on the phone she suggested that it was undercooked because I ordered Alfredo sauce as a base and offered a credit. I told her I've ordered this pizza from other establishments and that it's never been chewy. I suggested the oven temp was possibly off and I told her I was bringing the pizza back and wanted a refund. She told she could pass it through the oven again (which is a violation of food safety). When I refused she told me not to bother bringing it because she was just going to throw it away.

When I got there, she asked me to show her what I meant by undercooked and proceeded to tell me that she did 4K worth of business that night and I was the only one to complain.

I let her know I usually enjoy their pizza and I'm glad they did good business, but this was not acceptable and other pizzas were probably undercooked too. She proceeded to tell me I was rude on the phone and ate half of the pizza, but I could have my money back.

As I left she passive aggressively told me to come back and see them, so I told her I hoped she had a better night.

From other reviews you can see the pizza is often undercooked. The owner is snarky and has a bad attitude. I will never order from this...

I used to love going here, however lately, the wait to get your food becomes longer and longer, and this places isn't even that busy. The last time I visited with a friend (both of us are pregnant), we brought our kids with us. There were three kids in total. The place only had 8 other customers inside, and from the time we ordered to the time we finally got our food was over an hour. We sat there over 45 minutes waiting on someone to come and refill our drinks. We couldn't even find our waitress to ask for water as she was nowhere in sight. So there we all sat, 2 pregnant women and our kids, sucking on ice cubes, because that was all we had. We watched 3 people that came in and ordered after us, get their food before we did, get their checks, AND get boxes for their leftovers. After our food finally arrived (2 small personal sized pizzas, 1 calzone, 1 kid's spaghetti), most of it was cold. But we were so hungry we ate it anyway. We asked our waitress for more water at that time, and she said she'd be right back. 10 minutes later, we're still waiting. Not knowing what else to do, this time we get up to ask for water, and we're pretty angry. Finally someone comes and brings our water out, and does apologize for not bringing it out sooner. After we left, the waitress (thinking we weren't watching her) made faces at us. Nice. After calling the manager to report that situation, at no time did I get an apology for the service. "Well we're busy" and "I don't know what you want me to do about it" was all I got. He said he'd try to make it better the next time, but in all honesty, I won't be back for a very long time. At least not until they can get a more mature...

My placed an online order on a Monday night. I had not ordered from mios in years. But I had heard that this was under new ownership so I decided to give it another chance. It didn't go well.

I placed an online order and the order process was okay. I had ordered a Chicago style pizza so I knew that type of pizza was going to take a little bit longer to make. The online order said that it would take 40 minutes to complete the order. I showed up in 30 so I could get my food as fresh as possible. I arrived to find that the food had been sitting there waiting on me to arrive. The teenager behind the counter told me that 40 minutes was the default time and there was no way they could change that.

I arrived home 7 minutes later to find cold pizza and spaghetti and dried out cheesy garlic bread. The salad that I had ordered was not in the bag. It was supposed to come free with the spaghetti. Fact that it wasn't in there. I just considered par for the course.

Once I reheated what I felt like leftovers the flavor was okay. But it was still a disappointment.

The prices were reasonable if the food would have been hot or at least warm. Maybe I'll try again in a few years. There is a sense of nostalgia for me ordering the spaghetti dish from when I was a kid. It's the only thing that makes me try this...
