We had the wonderful pleasure of making our first trip to Teriyaki Madness this weekend. The menu is akin to many of the new style of food places opening up. They do a simple set of menu choices with a multitude of options to choose from. In this case, Teriyaki Madness specializes in Teriyaki bowls. The variety starts with size of the bowl and type of protein. My partner went with the standard teriyaki chicken while I went with the Spicy Chicken. From there, a number of choices come your way.
NOTE: There is also a meal package that comes with a drink and a side item of choice.
Overall, everything was cooked fresh, the chicken was tender, flavorful and juicy, and vegetables had a fresh crisp that added t the experience. We also sampled the egg rolls, pot stickers and edamame, and all were delicious (especially the edamame, served with just the right amount of salt). Overall, a great meal.
What set Teriyaki Madness apart for us was the overall Service. The individual working the counter was immensely patient with all her customers. The place is relatively new, so there were so many questions being given, and Faith (her name) was an absolute PRO, answering each with a bright smile and helpful information.
During our meal, we notice one individual running around the floor making sure everyone's meals were good, making sure everything was tidy, fixing the soda machine (they were out of Dr. Pepper...heathens!!), serving trays of food to customers, and being there for each customer's needs and whims. We were so impressed with her performance, we actually called her over to let her know we appreciated her work ethic and she had a wonderful conversation with us, all while attending to everyone's needs. She even kept asking to take my leftover plate (I kept rejecting as I could certainly handle it). Then, while we were chatting with Faith, she comes by and swoops up everything with a big smile. Her name is Jana and she is a true treasure there at Teriyaki Madness. We would go back to just visit with her, it was such a pleasant time.
So...great food, great value, and even greater people. What's there not to like? Get yourself there today.
NOTE: The 4-starts on the atmosphere were just for the lack of tables. They are going to out-grow the space quickly for...
Read moreIt was my first time ordering from here. I purchased. Spicy chicken teriyaki bowl .. a regular chicken teriyaki bowl ..one with fried rice the other with white rice and then an egg rollband a small side of fried rice with an extra egg.
The egg roll has to be frozen first because the ends were hot and then the middle was Luke warm. The little cup on The side with the sauce in it was very good though ....couldnt quite get over the hot and luke warm insides so I stopped eating. It gives me egg rolls from the frozen section at the local market vibes.
The rice, both fried and white ....were mushy......
The chicken teriyaki itself, the sauce was watered down and lacked flavor...the veggies had no flavor what so ever. ....myself or my kids who we all love this type of food ..took a few bites and opted out of finishing the rest. I spent close to 30.00 .....money down the drain. I read the reviews first and hoped it was as good as the reviews but unfortunately for me. I wouldn't highly NOT recommend..... . The service from the young lady in the front who took our order was good though,...

My husband got a large bowl, I got a regular bowl and we received 2 tiny 1oz cups despite asking for extra on BOTH items! Unfortunately, unless and until this pitiful amount of sauce is changed, I'll have to put this place on the do not go to list. 🤷♀️
Both times I've ordered bowls from here, the food is great, but they give you very little teriyaki sauce! The second time I ordered, I actually called right after placing the order and spoke to a girl working, I specifically asked for extra sauce because there is nowhere to request it online. She said, absolutely! My order came and it had the same 1oz tiny container of sauce for a large bowl 🙄 no extra. Teriyaki is literally in the name of the business, so why can't you provide a decent amount of it to your customers?! I really wanna love this place but I can't when I'm eating dry rice...
