El Palenque Night Club — Restaurant in Miami

Party of 6 visited this night club for the first time . The place has potential but is poorly managed First, 95 percent of the tables had Reserved signs on them. When we asked where we could sit we were told we had to purchase a bottle and pay for the table in order to sit at the reserved tables the other 5% of the tables that were not reserved were in the back of the club. We ended up sitting at two tables that were not reserved that had four chairs each three from the group at one table and three from the group at another table. When we purchased a bucket of beer we were told we could not share our beer with the other table they had to purchase their own beer. Second The waitress was very rude and tried to force The other table to purchase beer ,two of the people do not drink alcohol and we’re drinking bottled water .lastly. My husband and I got up to dance and when we came back two of our chairs from our table were missing leaving him without a seat when we asked the waitress she said she gave the chairs to the party that just came in behind us because they were consuming alcohol at a faster rate than we were.I could not believe how we were being treated . Being that we live in Miami there are so many other places to go and be treated with respect and get terrific service. we ended up leaving and going some place else.None of us will ever step foot in that establishment again . fui varias veces ahí, la última vez que estuve ahí el viernes cuando se presentó frank reyes y las meseras hay que estar arriba de ellas para que te lleven la bebida, la otra es que los seguridad se creen más policía que seguridad y yo con mis derechos al igual que ellos, yo soy seguridad con licencia y todo y esas reglas de ellos es imcorrecta no es normal, muy agresivos y como le digo se creen policía por que sólo tienen una licencia D..... El viernes estuve ahí con mi amigo y el iba para el baño de hombres y yo al de la mujeres y el iba detrás de mi bailando y viene un seguridad moreno americano y le dio a mi amigo por gusto Y el seguridad me tumbo al suelo, y luego viene el blanco alto de barba que ese es el que le gusta dar golpe y por gusto y los otro junto con el agarron a mi amigo y lo tiraron por el pasillo por donde están los baño por las escaleras como si fuese un animal y eso no se hace... Yo me puse a discutir por que se mi derecho y lo que hicieron estuvo mal, luego salí por la misma puerta de por donde sacaron a mi amigo, y cuando yo estaba afuera.. un muchacho que compraba una cerveza adentro lo sacaron a piñazo para afuera y le partieron la boca a puro codazos y luego le calleron 3 de los seguridad y le partieron la boca afuera de la disco no llamaron la policía llegó el rescue a chequiar al que le partieron la boca y a mi amigo lo montaron en la patrulla y cuidado hablan muchas mentiras lo seguridad para cuidarse el pellejo, pero gracias a Dios los policías me hicieron caso y soltaron a mi amigo y todo bien, y el otro se quedó con el rescue..... pero no se lleven y no le hagan caso a los seguridad que ellos viven para meterte miedo, pero adentro ellos tampoco pueden tocar hay cámaras y la cámara dice...

The music is great.. however the service is horrible.. the waitress worry more on consuming customers alcohol and hukka then actually provide service.. they all drink while working and gather in the "VIP" section dancing to the old man.. Iam a party person and have been to many places and have never seen the waitress drink,smoke and be acting like stripers....La musica esta Buena pero es service es horrible.. las meseras consumiendo alcohol y hukka de los propios clientes y actuado como teiboleras..nunca avia...
