Fern Isle Park — Attraction in Miami

Im reading the reviews and well... The rain issue is a problem. All kinds of kids running around. The sun and heat is brutal on the kids. They allow drunk and or intoxicated people sleep on the park benches where people sit to eat or rest. That is public intoxication. Today I asked one of the men sleeping on the bench right near the office to pls sit up. I had to record him and he reached and grabbed for my phone. So be careful with your kids. Was a beautiful park, but now unfortunately a lot of homeless are sleeping inside the park.
