Ive seen this place driving down 7th so many times and decide to give them a try since I was in the plaza. The location is super small if you wanted to eat there you couldn't, there are three tables for 2 people each. The moment you step inside you're welcomed with heat. Ordering was an ease.i took my food to go. Upon receiving my food I asked the boy for limes and hotsauce and he stated lime was already in the container. When I get to my car to eat the tacos and the meat wasnt even inside the tortillas it was all over. There was no lime inside the container snd they only had cilantro and onions. The hotsauce wasn't even hotsauce, it appeared to be a mixture of mayo or cream with hotsauce. The tortillas were extremely greasy. The meat was so hard and overcooked I could barley chew it and literally swallowed it because I didn't have nothing to eat all day. I can say that the amount of meat that was in the container was about 2 spoonfuls, but it still doesn't make up for the rest. I'm sorry to say that I won't be going back...

This little hole in the wall joint will knock your socks off. It's nothing fancy and Hijoles wasn't prominent on the sign outside but The birria tacos were a revelation.
I think I danced in my seat with every bite. I've had better guacamole (imo) but it was still very good. I topped it off with a homemade strawberry and creamsicle which they keep stocked in a little freezer by the counter.
Do yourself a favor and go dance through a couple tacos like...

Fresh ingredients, right seasoning, guacamole as it should be, big portions... you get everything and more in this little place... dont get fooled by how it looks from outside, just get in and try the food... we had carne asada tacos, carnitas, quesadilla de res, burrito de carnitas, vegetarian burrito, guacamole, pico de gallo and even habaneros to go... I couldn't get the tacos pastor as they were preparing them, but what I ate was right on point... I highly recommend...
