Fritanga La Leonesa — Restaurant in Miami

I'm sorry to give such low rating as I usually like to spread love, but this was such a disappointing food experience I have to write about it. I was craving Nicaraguan food so my husband went to get some. He chose this place as it was on the way. Man. I didn't even eat 90% of my food. The meat was super dry, like cardboard. The rice had this weird flavor, like someone hard burnt it. The cheese was thin and dry, yet soft and sloppy. The cabbage salad had zero flavor, and it's usually my favorite part of the whole dish. I don't know if this was a dud, or if it's like this all the time, but in not taking any chances. We are not going back here.
