Poorly maintained. City of Miami needs to work on this place. Many dead animals or animal parts and lots of glass and voo doo things laying around. Cakes, food, dolls with needles, broken glass saints, broken voodoo candles, today I caught a man dumping a voodoo bag and I asked him to pick it up and put it in the garbage. City Park employee became mad when he saw me taking pictures while hes parked in his little car... Then he rushes at me with the cart and started insulting me. Telling I am no one there, then he peeled out and hauled ass. That only made me want to stay, I caught a man dumping next to a tree some voo doo bag. I told him I saw him and I am recording. To pls pick up the bag and put it in the trash and he did. 3 people from City of Miami on site and me, the one who is nothing... Caught this. Be careful here people. I tell ya. I had a fantastic time at this park! The scenery was beautiful, with well-maintained trails, plenty of green space, and peaceful spots to relax. Whether you’re looking to go for a walk, have a picnic, or just enjoy nature, this park has something for everyone.
The atmosphere was calm and inviting, with a good mix of open areas and shaded spots under the trees. There were also plenty of benches and picnic tables, making it a great place to sit and take in the surroundings.
