It really bothers me to go to a restaurant or anywhere & employees look you in the face& say I DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH CLAIMING TO SPEAK SPANISH BUT WILL TELL YOU IN ENGLISH THEY DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH & THEY BYPASS YOU TO HELP A SPANISH CUSTOMER😡😡😡😡😡😠😠😠😠😠😠😠. EVERYTIME I COME HERE YOU CAN'T ENJOY YOUR FOOD BECAUSE THE MANAGER HAS THE TEMPERATURE TURNED TO THE MAX YOUR FOOD GETS ICE COLD YOU'RE COLD& THERE'S NOTHING ENJOYABLE ABOUT THIS RESTAURANT. THE STAFF IS RUDE MANAGERS ARE RUDE THEY HAVE A NEW DESIGN BUT NO TRAINING AT ALL. THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR ORDER& BEAT YOU GETTING MAD ABOUT THEIR MISTAKE. THERE'S TWO OLDER SPANISH WOMEN WHO WORK HERE WHO ARE THE FILTHIEST PEOPLE I'VE EVER SEEN. THEY MOP FLOORS SERVE CUSTOMERS ALL WITH THE SAME GLOVES DISGUSTING. THEY NEVER WET THE RAG THEY CLEAN WITH. THE SAME RAG EVERY SINGLE TABLE NEVER DIPPING IT INTO ANY SOLUTION DISGUSTING. MY SON& I PLACED OUR FOOD ON THE TABLE& THEY MOVED OR FOOD OFF THE TABLE FOR A SPANISH FAMILY TO SIT DOWN& EAT DISGUSTING. TO TOP THAT OFF NEVER ORDER YOUR FOOD FOR DINE IN OR IF YOU DO ASK FOR YOUR FOOD TO BE PLACED IN A TO GO BAG. THESE FILTHY WOMEN TAKE THE TRAYS THAT YOUR FOOD IS SERVED ON THEY TAKE THAT SAME FILTHY RAG THAT THEY WIPE ALL THE TABLES WITH WITHOUT PLACING IT IN ANY SOLUTION THEY WIPE OUT ALL THE CHAIRS AS WELL NEVER PLACING THE RAG IN ANY SOLUTION. THEY TAKE THAT SAME DIRTY RAG AFTER YOU EAT OFF YOUR TRAY & PLACE IT ABOVE THE GARBAGE CAN UNIT THEY NEVER TAKE THE TRAYS TO THE KITCHEN TO BE WASHED RINSED & SANITIZED YEAH THAT'S THE REAL PROCESS. THEY JUST WIPE THEM OFF& PLACE A CLEAN TRAY LINER ON A DIRTY TRAY & SERVE YOU YOUR FOOD ON THE DIRTY DISGUSTING TRAY. THE HEALTH INSPECTOR NEEDS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN WHAT LOOKS CLEAN IS ONE OF THE NASTIEST MCDONALD'S I'VE BEEN IN & THIS COMPANY HAS NO CLUE HOW THESE RESTAURANTS ARE RAN. MY ONLY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH MCDONALD'S IS THE LOCATION ON 27 AVE BEFORE GOING TO 103 ST. & THAT'S SAD BECAUSE THESE MCDONALD'S ARE BEING REBUILT FROM THE GROUND UP TO HAVE SUCH NASTY PEOPLE& PRACTICES GOING ON IS HORRIBLE IT'S A SHAME& A SCANDAL THROW THE CORPORATE EXECUTIVES, MANGERS,& CREW MEMBERS AWAY💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩JUST PLAN NASTY I'M TELLING YOU. 11:00 Mobile orders through the app now charge your card when you make an order before they used to charge you once you pulled up to the speaker to tell them your code. They weren’t accepting any orders but uber and doordash, i understand that they were understaffed. I was told to pull up to the second window to speak to the manager after i had explained how i just wanted a refund. I pulled to the first window to be ignored by the two staff members, the only lady there aside from some cuban dude never went up to the window and was making loud remarks which where unnecessary considering the fact that she never came up to the window or told me anything in regards to my situation. her coworker didnt explain my situation to her i guess cause of language differences??? my concern wasnt getting my order i was just asking how or if it was possible for me to get a refund because online mobile order already processed the payment or if i could have the receipt at least to come back tomorrow for a refund since they were closed unless it was for uber/doordash. In the end i was told to pull up to the parking lot which i just ended up leaving because of the remarks and ignoring after the first time they told me to pull up to the first window after i asked if i could speak to the manager, didnt even care about the money anymore but I come here a lot and ive never had an issue with anything but the new employees need better...

Last Night I was in the drive thru for at least half an hour. The cashier on the speaker and mic was very rude and sounded like she had a hell of a night and there for taking out her frustrations on the customers which isn't customer policy. I ordered a bacon BURGER clubhouse sandwich. Instead I got a chicken. I also ordered a crispy ranch snack wrap that came cold. The chicken had a hair from a workers scalp. The manager was such a sleaze bag that can't run his store correctly that I couldn't go back into the line and confront them kindly even tho the customer courtesy policy was totally violated. I called McDonald's Corp this morning. I am always waiting long times in the drive thru. The workers have attitudes and take it out on us. The food is cold and it looks sloppy. The fraps are watery. The fries taste MICROWAVED. When you're inside of the store and look over the counter the kitchen looks gross. I only like the morning mid afternoon staff. The NIGHT STAFF SUCKS ! Don't go to this McDonalds if you don't like cold food with hairs inside . The driver infront of us before we got our food was also complaining about the cold food and the manager cursed at her !
