Dunkin' — Restaurant in Michigan City

35 dollars for two dozen donuts! I asked the lady is buying two dozen would be cheaper than buying 20 which was what I needed for my group and she said yes but obviously a lie unless an individual donut costs more than 1.50 each? 1.50 each for 20 donuts would be 30 not 35. I promised donuts and had to fork that up. that made them almost 1.50 each with no discount for ordering more. They even messed up my order! But it was a fracking drive thru on my way to work! I asked very clearly for 6 chocolate glazed donuts and instead got 6 choc cake donuts- no one ate them. Even the size of donuts have changed. Wow- I guess times have changed. I have not been to a Dunkin donuts in years and I am not missing anything, apparently. I think I will skip Dunkin from now on and save money at the grocery store bakery where you could get about three dozen for that price and the donut...

I don't know why I keep returning expecting better service.

This location has the worst service. In the past they've messed up my drink and said they made it as I said through the speaker. So I've switched to mobile ordering.

Today I was driving down the road and was going to McDonald's for breakfast. I choose to stop here instead. So I ordered on my app in the parking lot.

I pull up and say mobile order for Bradley... he said pull up.

I was met at the window by a guy saying I can't order and be there that fast. Said it 3 times before I could get a word in edgewise. He was very aggressive. He started yelling while coming out of the window
