If I could give zero stars I would I returned a uhaul here which I originally rented in Georgia. A week later a transaction was made at this store with my card. I called UhAul customer service they stated it was a duplicate & don’t know why the transaction was made & had to have it escalated to management. When I called this store to see how the transaction was made he tried to tell me I didn’t return the uhaul to him and that I returned it to lucky stop & acted as if he couldn’t find my account when I reminded him of the day I returned my uhaul to him & informed him the transaction says uhaulmidwest electron Michigan city he acted as if he didn’t know anything about the charge. Once my dispute is made I will be recommending that investigate transactions made by this business because after reading these reviews I can bet im not the only one he has tried to do this to. He is a thief & a scam artist it’s sick if business is that slow or bad take what you got & invest in something else stop trying to steal other people’s hard earned money weirdo! Not to mention im appalled by the responses to some of these reviews lol just goes to show how unprofessional the owner is. It looks like he gave his child access to his google account to argue back with paying customers. After the experience I had I believe every single one of these bad reviews. No way everyone is lying on him. You are the problem sir. Im so disgusted with this whole experience. & please don’t reply by to my review attempting to discredit my experience, lie, or argue. Go argue with your mother because she should have swallowed you.

Replying to response because I got time today: I dropped the uhaul off with prefueling the gas which resulted in a 73$ dollar fee I told you I wasn’t going to opt out of paying at the store & would call uhaul later to pay the balance. I called uhaul on February 7th & paid a charge of 109.14 for gas and a fuel service fee. 2 days later your store tried to charge my card 136.14. Why when my balance was already paid? I called uhaul before even calling you & representative Vanessa stated “it looks like a duplicate charge you paid your balance on the 7th im not sure why they charged it again im going to create a claim and have this sent to management for escalation “ your store tried to double charge and up charge my card, you run a run down business that’s always empty and scam people for a living but im the dead beat LOL you are a joke. Talking about im trying to scam people how am I scamming any one when the uhaul app literally gives you the option to pay later or by phone, which I had to educate you on. For you to be a business owner you sure don’t know how to conduct business. I would like to share my experience with Tim at Midwest Electronics.

I brought my car in for detail and ceramic coating as well as a huge sound upgrade.

I did a lot of homework checking prices and getting knowledge before I went to make the purchase.

I was literally about to spend an extra 1000.00 and Tim stopped me and explained I didn’t even need the things I was trying to buy to make my system work the way I wanted it to.

He also did a amazing job on the installation, explained it all very well and even picked up and dropped off my vehicle from my business!

I can’t say I know of any business in Michigan City that treats their customers with any more honesty and integrity as Midwest Electronics.

Now on a side note: I own a business myself, and there are so many people out there trying to sabotage businesses with fake reviews, mostly people are in competition with the same type of business and do their posting to bring you down.

Tim went above and beyond. I had a new stereo system and speakers installed. He was able to get me in the day after I messaged him on facebook. He also drove me home while they worked on my car. Unfortunately the radio still didnt pick up stations, so he said he will take a look. Lo and behold, I was missing the antenna. Not only did he pick up and drop off my car for me while I worked, but went to the junk yard to get me a new one- AT NO COST.

I will absolutely be using midwest electronics...
