I originally gave this store four stars but I have changed it to a five. I have been to this place twice since this review and I must say that their Chicago style pizza is my favorite! Also, the workers were more friendly these last times. The owner is a really nice guy. There pizza sauce is their own recipe and is far better than any other sauce I have tasted at a pizza restaurant. They also offer a house Alfredo sauce, pesto and an olive oil. Each 16"pie weighs about 7-8 pounds! Be sure to order ahead because to cook the pizza it takes about one hour. A 16" large with a few toppings cost about $28, very reasonable. After one or two pieces you are full, so one 16" pizza will feed about 5-6 people. This is the real deal. Real pizza. Very glad to find it.

What my taste buds have to say for this XL thin crust pizza with Mushroom Sausage Onion & Green Pepper Pizza was great. Can’t wait to bring some to my Gramps later! Pros: -sauce A+ on tangy side -corn meal on bottom -quality preparation -perfectly cooked crust that doesn’t overpower flavors -friendly staff and delivery - great amount of ingredients. You pay for what you get. Particularly- The mushrooms were heavily dressed on the Za. Yum Cons: it’s not a big con! -the sausage is good, tastes very similar to home-run-inn so I, personally would opt for something else. Pizza was fire :)

Ordered a medium deep dish pizza and I was honestly let down. Overall the pizza was very bland from the dough to the toppings. I was very close to throwing the rest of the pie away, but I did feel like there were a few things that I could do to make it a little better. At home I made a garlic butter with a little basil and applied it to the crust and the top of the pizza, rebaked it at 350 for 6 minutes and broiled for 2 minutes. The end result was substantially better than the original.

The place is a little restaurant that seems to be hidden away. Cute beach atmosphere, and very busy during lunch. I ordered a deep dish pizza. For those who are used to Chicago deep dish pizza it's not what you expect. Chicago deep dish pizza is equivalent to what they call the Chicago stuffed pizza so read the menu and ask to understand what I mean. I was craving a deep dish and got a stuffed instead. My boyfriend loved the pizza, I didn't get what I thought I ordered so I ordered a beef sandwich, since somebody on here said it was good. The Italian beef in the sandwich was very dry and tasted like it had been reheated in a microwave. The juice that it was dipped in was very bland with almost no flavor. My favorite Italian beef sandwich is from Portillos so this sandwich was definitely a disappointment. Staff was very pleasant and friendly and the place was clean. I expected that a place with such high reviews would have food that tasted better. That and for a pizza place to know what a deep dish pizza...

We ordered a small pizza with onions, mushrooms, black olives and supposed to be red peppers. We also ordered a xtra large pepperoni pizza. When we got home the small pizza had no red peppers but had jalapeños. When I called to let them know what happened they said they did not have red peppers. My first thought was you would think they would of told me on the phone when we ordered they didn’t have red peppers. They offered to remake the pizza but we were already home and live on the other side of town!! Pepperoni pizza was good! I definitely feel they should of offered us a credit for the small pizza. The pepperoni pizza was 5 stars, I cannot give the other pizza 5 stars because it was not done correctly but if it was then I probably could. The customer service is 3 stars as I feel it could have been handled better. If we do go back we will definitely check our pizzas to make sure there done correctly especially with the...
