Guiseppe's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Middle Smithfield Township

"DO ME A FAVOR, DO NOT EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN ". This is what we were told by a man working behind in the kitchen there while we were paying for what we had ordered. In addition to that here are the other issues that we had with this place. • We had placed order for the chicken &fire roasted red peppers Supreme Pizza (which was given in the physical menu card). The other man in front said that we were wrong and made it seem as though we were blabbering. • They were hesitant to give more cups, saying that they had given us many. • There was just 1 chili flakes shaker for 7-8 tables. • On the pizza, we hardly saw any pepperoni and chicken (we had asked to substitute the sausage with chicken instead). It was just mushrooms and peppers. • The seating area was so dirty and dusty. It looked like the place hadn’t been cleaned for ages. Best of all, what irritated us the most was the statement that I had highlighted first which the bald man behind making the pizza told us just because we had bought our own bottle of water instead of buying it from his place. Will NEVER EVER COME TO THIS PLACE when returning to Poconos, especially with people of such disgusting attitude serve food! My suggestion to people planning to sit there and try a pizza. Find...

place hasnt changed in 10 years the place is ran down the seats are torn up and ripped up there's dried food on their sticky tables and grease stains on their lights overall the inside is gross. I never had a problem with the staff until now this place never has any drinks the fridges its always empty so me and my friend went next door to grab some drinks never had an issue in the past doing this just this time we walked back in with the drinks in front of the owner so he was aware that we came in with drinks and he did not say anything after eating my 9yr old had to use the bathroom really bad and she was denied after spending about $30 on hardly anything so we went next door so she could use the bathroom as soon as I walked out they said something to my friend that we cannot bring drinks in that's not from the "pizzeria" and the entire time we were there they kept side eyeing my friend the entire time and were very rude towards them. I said something that there should be a sign on the door and once again was very rude and had an attitude saying he doesn't care he doesn't care and he doesn't put signs up or doesn't need to. My family has been buying pizza here for over 6 years faithfully. Recently moved to NJ came drove over an hour to the pocono for what was once the best pizza and subs in the area. It is no longer the best. Very rude new guy at the counter. Doesn't tell my sister about the extra charge for using the card inside of cash. He says the sign is posted saying you will get an extra charge on your card if you use it. My sister says oh where.. thinking it was her mistake... the guy points to the door and says right there. Literally posted on the door when you're leaving....not coming in . Not by the register . When you turn around to leave bam right there. Make no sense. My sister would have paid with cash. Then he misses the cold subs with the hot subs. Then the worst part ... finally bite into our subs to find out it's all bread. No meat . Covered in onions for absolutely no reason and little to know mayo lettuce or tomatoes. What happened guys ? We haven't spent so much money here and this is how everything turns out ? Your counter guy rude plus the food is now trash ? Come on. You're better then that . People don't waste you're time here. You'll get nothing...
