Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Middlesborough

I and a bunch of us orderd some food with my aunt and uncle and they messed up the order yet again. And when my aunt called back she was put on hold for almost 30 minutes. And when she used my brothers phone to recall back. The guy that answered said they could remake her food if we come and pick it up cause no driver. She told them that she had ordered delivered and she just hurd the driver just left with 2 2lts of pop that he forgot. Tell her to hold then manager name Chris got on and asked bout the order. She told them bout the messed up food, the manager said he knew and that she complained to much every that evert order she ordered had been replaced. She told them no thats not true. He told her that they will not deliver to her and her family anymore. They dont have to remake her food. She said ok. Then i need a refund they also renied that as well. He was really mean to her

I think that is not right to do for a bunch of reasons. 1 the food had no sause on it the two pizza and the pasta had none at all.

Its been 30 min and still wauting on her food. She is physically disabled. And thats the only restaurant he will eat at.

Hope they fix this.

Update- They never replaced the food they said they would bring after they said they would. And no refund. I posted the pictures of the my aunt's food and the calls. One is where i was on hold...

Placed order online. Delivery driver calls hes at my house. I explain to him he’s at wrong address. He gets rude goes on to say i input the wrong address when ordering I try to give him directions but he refuses says he has to go back to store to figure this out. Gets rude thats he’s at correct address when I can see my entire street he is no where on it. Called store to explain there’s a lower & upper name of my street & he’s went to wrong location & wont accept my directions & is coming back to store Girl that answers completely ignores me & needs to take to manger. I just want to give them correct directions. It’s been well over an hour wait on 2 subs & cinn twists & still not heard anything back or have my food. Will stick to papa johns from now on. 2nd time ordering & last time food was cold & not great. This time I spent $30 bucks on something that’s now Gonna be cold by time I get it. It was over 30 mins ago he was in wrong driveway. There won’t be 3rd time of my foods cold again. I get being backed up but not taking my directions & bringing my food instead you have to go back to store to figure out my address. Maybe it’s just me but...

Convenient, friendly and delicious! Awesome experiences. I have now visited this location twice, each time my experience was fantastic! The staff associates here are superb. They welcome and greet everyone as you enter the restaurant. The pizza has been served hot, fresh and prepared correctly. On my second visit, I was upgraded from a medium pizza to a large pizza, for the medium pizza price (thank you!!) The store is immaculate. Very convenient location and easy parking. This is a full service Domino's, offering a complete menu including sandwiches and pastas. Naturally you can pickup or have your order delivered. The store also includes a drive thru window and a small dining area, if you care to eat at this location. I am really impressed with every aspect of this Domino's; great service, exceptionally clean facility and delicious food. There is not a lot of food/restaurant options in Middlesboro. As a frequent traveler to the area, I'm so happy to have this...
