Never had an issue with this place up until recently, I'm giving this 1 star because of the manager who needs some serious communication skills. I placed an order through the McDonald's app, and when I got to the drive-thru I told the person the code. They said that they don't have any orders and told me to pull forward as he would get his manager to look at it.
How do people who don't know how to communicate with others even become managers? All she kept saying was "I no have order" I explained to her that my order was indeed placed and charged, I even showed her the McDonald's app and pulled up the RECEIPT which showed everything, including the code, the date, and the ADDRESS. She kept saying "I no have it" "No order." So then I proceeded to ask how we can resolve this issue, clearly the order was put in, I asked her if I should cancel the order and re-order it? Her response "I no have order"
I stated that I understood that they haven't received my order yet, and once again asked her what she suggest I do to resolve this issue, so I won't waste my time, or money? I asked if I should wait it out until they received the order, or should I cancel the order and place it again? All she kept saying was "No have order, no no no" and kept trying to make me drive away. I refused to drive away until I got what I payed for and eventually an employee walked up and had the bag with my order, and said "yeah we just got it" The manager didn't say a word and just walked away.
Terribly unprofessional and she knew she was in the wrong, if she had just kindly asked me to wait it out, I would have parked on the side and waited a few minutes, but instead she didn't even try to listen to anything I was saying and kept talking over me with her "no no no, no order." Anyone ordering through the McDonald's App beware, and hopefully you don't have to deal with this lady who lacks basic...
Read moreI went to the drive thru for a big breakfast that I have been wanting to get for the past week. In the fast it has always my go to. This morning I got to work, opened the container. Much to my surprise the biscuit has this white what looked like flour on the top sides and the bottom. Being in the food industry, I have seen this before and it's often mistaken for mold. Not this time. If the biscuit was warm and soft, I would tend to say it was flour. It was hard as a rock with the white spots. I touched the spots trying to identify what it might be. They did diminish slightly but looked in my opinion very similar to mold. I immediately called the restaurant to tell the staff so no one else gets the moldy biscuit. They person I spoke to said that was common and was not mold. She wanted me to return for a new breakfast but I could not. She said she would speak to the kitchen staff about it and I guess she went to check while I was on the phone. The "white stuff is a given and always looks like that " is what I was told. Would I have called if all my other biscuits looked like that in the past? My main concern was other customers. I was not looking for anything free or even a replacement breakfast. I was told earlier in the conversation to come back anytime but not name was never taken so I can be identified. I am not satisfied with how this was handled. Read moreNot sure what happened here, we ordered on the app for pickup, got into line for the drive thru with my code to pick up the food. Waited about 10-15 mind before the lady answered the intercom. Lady didnt take the code, just told us to go to the window. When we got there, she was very confused and eventually told us to wait by the curbside pickup. We waited another 10 minutes and realized she was never coming out, so we went to the drive thru again, and she was still asking for the code that we gave her multiple times. Then she tells me I still owe about $5, and at that point I just gave her my card. She takes the card and dissappear for 10 minutes, comes back and tells me the order got canceled. My app doesn't say anything about that. She keeps disappearing for many minutes throughout this conversation. Eventually my money was refunded and we had to re pay for the order, and eventually got our food. What a waste of almost an hour to get...
