The atmosphere is cozy and the furniture is unique. The coffee was great. I got a large cold brew and my wife got a blueberry muffin latte. The service was friendly and welcoming! The above is in stark contrast to their food. They need to revamp their food if it’s going to be a selling point or if they’re going to sell it at the price point that they are currently going for. The egg casserole is north of $7 and the portion of the actual casserole was the size of my Mazda key fob. The hash brown was north of $2 and it was soggy and stale. The NY style bagel was so stale I barely made it through it. I want this place to succeed, but I have to be honest about the food if they’re going to have a chance at improving.

Cool little stop in Middletown, VA for morning coffee, breakfast or light lunch; and a great way to start a day of exploring the Shenandoah Valley and Skyline Drive. In addition to their friendly service and cool vibe, their coffees and teas are phenomenal, and their breakfast bowls are super yummy. If you like chocolate, we HIGHLY recommend the Ghirardelli Black Label Mocha. If you like Matcha, the Lavender Matcha Latte is to die for. Eat Local! Support small businesses!

Service was amazing. Both baristas were friendly and helpful. I had a plain latte - the milk and espresso were both smooth and pleasantly sweet. I would definitely add this to my list of places to get a good latte. The food on the other hand was awful. I had a croissant breakfast sandwich with chicken, and it almost seemed like the eggs were overheated, and the chicken was underheated. The end result was a dry, disgusting meal.

I decided to stop here on the way out of Front Royal and I kinda wish I had stopped sooner in my trip. The breakfast croissant and hash brown were excellent and the coffee was great (I got an iced americano). I got my order to go and was very very happy to find they put napkins and ketchup in the bag for me cause I forgot to grab them on the way out. They have an accessible parking lot right after the stoplight on Main Street (if you're heading west). The menu is huge and I'll be stopping here again on my next trip to Shenandoah. Skip Mcdonald's and go...
