Dominoes on University Blvd, Middletown, Ohio has THE BEST HANDS DOWN thin crust pepperoni pizza ANYWHERE!!! I recently visited Godfather's Pizza by the Dayton Mall, I hadn't been there in 15 years, I couldn't wait in anticipation for their pizza, that's how good I remembered it to be from so many years ago. What a disappointment! A week later I had the $5.99 large 2 topping carryout from Dominos... My son bought two, extra pepperoni & cheese pizzas on thin crust. Absolutely unbelievable!!!! The flavor, the crust, the sauce was perfect, not too much and not too little too make it dry, pepperoni baked to perfection, pizza was good and hot, no joke, everything was spot on! That $6 Pizza blew that $25 Godfather pizza OUT OF THE WATER! So I got another one today... Thinking well maybe we just got lucky right, no way man, that pizza shop on University.... is the absolute perfect model of what a pizza company should be producing!!! Thank you employees of Dominos you are doing an EXCELLENT job!!!!!! You all should be getting bonuses or something! I can't even imagine had those pizzas had a bunch of toppings on it how much more tastier it would have been. Now that's proof of a perfect Pizza, simplicity at its finest, pepperoni and cheese on delicious crust! Right now I am a pepperoni,cheese, on a thin crust Domino's Die Hard fan forever! I was having a great day going to get some pizza with my mom. We do this every weekend it's kind of our thing. Tonight was just a monstrosity. It was quite traumatizing we ordered our pizzas, we were so excited about getting our different pizzas and trying our new sauces we even went through the process of creating our own pizza we were real happy it was a great time mother had just got off work working the mill for 12 hours. She was beat tired and hungry and my hands were too sore from keeping the fireplace warm splitting wood. So there was no cooking going to be done. We thought Domino's would be a great choice but boy were we wrong. The night shift people that were working decided to swap our pizzas out or good ones that we spent so much time on because they were so good and tasty sounding, and they switched us out with an old dusty dirty Pizza that they had been sitting on the shelf for at least 2 hours the crust was not even garlicky. This was the first time I ever seen my mother cry. Ever since we took the sausage and pepperoni Dusty Pizza home I haven't been the same now I'm the man of the house, things aren't going so well anymore I'm probably going to have to sell the house. Somebody should fire that night crew guy that swapped our pizzas he really destroyed my family. Say no to Domino's hiring home Wreckers. The manager at the Middletown location sent a driver with my order who sat it at the door which is okay because that was my delivery instructions although on my app they canceled my order I tried calling to check on the cancellation and why it was canceled but nobody would answer the phone nor would anybody respond to any of the emails I was trying to send. It sat out there for 2 hours nobody notified me that it was here when I went to walk out my door I almost fell over the pizza that was cold. The manager called me later that evening Carol did not want to work with me and refund any of my money nor want to just send me out the order over hot and ready. When I called the night before no one answered their phone I did have the pizza and everything to give back to them upon making the phone call the lady on the phone told me no go ahead and throw out the pizza so I did so and then the other manager Carol called me back way later that evening and told me I needed that pizza in order to get the refund or to get the order sent back out to me so I was very confused that they did not even stay on the same page when it comes to communicating over loyal customers and I am a very good customer I go there all the time I went there at least every weekend they lost a very...
