Martha´s Ice Cream — Restaurant in Middletown

This shop is a scam. They have an event in Seaford last week they charged a hidden fee. When I was check out they told me the total is $15 and did not give me a receipt at all then I found out later I got charged $15.52 I don't mind if I got charged for the cc fee but if you try to charge customer the fee please have a sign that you will change the cc fee.

This shop does not give you a receipt and any sign to charge the fee but they charge you. Also they do go to the event they also charge the hidden fee. Also I called to let them know about the issue instead of fixing the issue but no, they are completely rude.

I will not support the business like this and I will tell everyone I know not to support businesses...

After 9 hours of driving to come visit family, we made a stop for a treat, we came to a place name Martha's ice cream and treats and i am glad we did!! This is the best ice cream i have ever taste!!, they have a variety of item on the menu, not just i cream, we (6 people) got each a different item from the menu, i got a butter pecan ice cream , oh boy! It tasted delicious, so creamy and fresh, if you get the chance to be around , you will not regret if you stop by to come and grab a treat. I would not mind to travel another 9 hours to come back to this place just to come and taste this amazing ice creams!! I found a fruit fly in my salchipapas. When I went to tell the lady at the register (since I had ordered to go), she just grabbed it and ran to the back without saying a word. Then a guy came out and told me they would remake it (which I didn’t want) then denied it was a fly and insisted it was part of the fry itself. The whole situation felt dismissive and unprofessional.
