I Pulled in the drive through yesterday, Friday night a 7:50pm in Middletown, DE off 301 and was told I could not order at the drive through window but instead needed to leave, park and order online through an app... No cars were in the drive through but a few were in the parking lot with their lights on. That's when I realized they were all trying to do what they were informed they needed to do. I proceeded to watch the workers indoors put 20 to 50 burger kind crowns on their arms and run around chasing each other inside with nothing to do. I am not familiar with ordering through an app and did not have enough space in my phone to download it. In fact I felt stupid even attempting to do this rather than leaving. If it wasn't for the fact that my kids were hungry and i didnt feel like driving further, i would not have even tried. What kind of company has a drive through window and does not allow you to order face to face and makes you leave to order???? Clearly the workers had plenty of time on their hands and Burger King chooses to put their customers out for what purpose?? You ask your customers to leave and order online and then return when it's ready??? That's not fast food. I stop at a fast food place because Im driving and can not operate my phone while driving and I'm told I need to leave to order online and then return when it's ready while you play inside?? You definitely should not be in business if this is how you choose to operate! What an embarrassing world we live in and Burger King clearly is part of the problem!...
Read moreThe new GM has done a great job cleaning up the store but is very racist when it comes to who she has working beneath her unless they are Spanish she doesn't even interview I would not let my sick dog work for somebody this day and age who only hires her race The few employees she does have that are not Spanish or because they actually clean and do what they're supposed to do but if they don't she'll fire him quicker than anyone else I know I have seen it firsthand. And let's not forget the fact that Burger King allows a GM to hire somebody making more money than most managers steal money from the company but yet continues to have a job and her managers don't even stop to taking the consideration of how it makes not only the managers but the staff feel when they do this because every staff member at the Middletown Burger King is aware of what does GM has done and they are very displeased and unhappy with it but they won't speak up until the district manager or the owner how they feel I would not eat here will not recommend anybody to eat here I've gotten sick on more than one occasion from the food after the first time figured it was a freak thing after the second it was on me I was not trying a third food comes out cold either under or overcooked and just disgusted Go to McDonald's Taco Bell hack Popeyes any worse...
Read moreThis is not only the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to, it’s the worst fast food place I’ve ever been to in my whole entire life! The service is so ridiculous, and my complaints are not just coming from one visit but from multiple times that I’ve been there. The guy who works at the window acts like he has no care in the world what the customers think, the kitchen workers also don’t care at all, the manager lady is terrible, there is no reason why your employees are that terrible and nothing is being done about it, not once have I come here and my order has been gotten right, not once, and I see other customers go through the same thing too, that Burger King is the slowest restaurant on the whole road so they’re definitely not overwhelmed with orders, my last encounter was so bad I made sure to come and give this review and I will also take it upon myself to email the corporate office about it, they literally have to put so much effort into being that horrible, and I’ve worked at a fast food restaurant so I know what I am talking about. Never again am I going there and I advise no...
