McDonald's — Restaurant in Middletown

I have been unable to get food for two weeks It's gotten to the point that I will try and get food , knowing it won't happen as a lark. Four separate attempts and I left with nothing They wait forever, even when it's slow to speak to you at the speaker Is anyone else unable to get fed ? Today I went and finally got them to answer the speaker and they told me the soda machine was broken 🙄 the person in front of me ordered a soda so no clue if they were unable to serve it to him at the window At this point , it's become a game 😂 I waited an hour and went back to see if I could get myself a soda and fries and when they finally answered the speaker I had hope 😂😂 I went to the window , looking forward to that liquid gold and I can't believe what was going on in the store They were ignoring me and goofing off and not doing much of anything.. I waited a significant amount of time because at this point I was "in it to win it " and procure my diet coke I had made the decision that I wasn't going to pay for it until I saw the product. I did not trust them . 9 or so minutes in , I saw a soda 🥤 in a workers hands and got excited.. didn't see my 🍟 and I was pretty sure fries would not be forth coming .. then the dude poured my soda all over himself and I just drove off ... I want to say I will never return but I can't lie to you because I'm a thoroughly intrigued..next run I will make sure I bring a snack and a...

Stopped on my way into work at about 6:20AM. Store appeared open, McDonald's app indicated store was open, Google indicated store was open... Tried going inside and hours posted on door indicated dining room opened at 7AM. No biggie, maybe the drive-thru is open, as many places have different indoor dining hours, vs. drive thru hours. Went to drive thru, again all lights on, menu screens all on, it must be open... Waited to be greeted on the intercom, no one came on. I waited briefly, then asked if someone could take my order. No answer, waited a bit longer, asked again if they were open. No answer. Strike 3, I drove off and went elsewhere... Had already wasted too much time.

If it's early (despite what hours or apps say) skip this location, go elsewhere, like Dunkin where you can actually get some breakfast. The app is terrible and inaccurate, the store could do better to communicate status to...

This McDonald’s everytime I stay at the hotel down the road I come here 2 times a day today I came around 4 o’clock pm I ordered a hot fudge sundae they out caramel and hot fudge in it I didint notice until I got home then later in the night I went back for food I got 2 six piece nuggets they only gave me 1 I had to go back around and sit in the long line again and they didint give me the sauce what’s the point of asking if u want any sauce if all u guys do is forget it I’m sick of employes not Doing their job and paying attention they they get mad at the customer when they are the ones makeing the mistake so inconvient work is not a play ground it’s ur job lately jobs have turned into more of a day care center cause everyone acts like kids at work can’t get off their phones everyone Wants money but no one wants to work for it if ur not...
