Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. My family had been a frequent flyer at Rosarios even thru the pandemic. We loved Brett our server, but he disappeared several months back and we got stuck with Dean. I'm not going to mince words, Dean must be a nepo baby because he hasn't a clue for what it takes to be a server. the last three times he had our table, something always was amiss. The first time he gave me a completely different meal than I ordered, and this was after I stressed what exactly what I wanted while ordering, the second time our food was just not good, calamari was tough and cold and chicken francaise was stringy, now I can't blame him for that, so we decided to come back one more time. This time we had Nicole as our server, despite being new she was very good. Our meals were perfection so much so that I brought a party of 7 back 2 weeks later. Alas, we drew the short straw and had Dean as our server again. He is clueless.Any good waiter knows not to bring a sweet drink to a 6 year old 10 minutes before his meal comes out, but not Dean. Then despite asking to bring out the child's meal with our apps we had to remind him. After finishing our apps we waited 45 minutes for our entrees to come out. He kept looking at our table and 15 minutes into our wait he said our food was almost ready to come out, 15 minutes later still no food, he casually mentioned that our check was next up in the queue. I have worked as a waitress so that translates as they haven't even begun your order. By now I had lost my appetite. My meal, one of the fish specials was not good and I left 3/4 of it. He asked me if I liked it and I say it wasn't very good, he just smiled and walked away. Needless to say, we will not be coming back, which I am sad about because Rosarios had always been one of...
Read moreOk so we heard a lot of good things about Rosario’s so we figured we try it as a walk in at 5:30 on a Saturday considering reviews said it fills up by 6:30. We arrived at the place and it wasn’t even half full and they said they had not tables. They did offer us a hallway table that was terrible. We asked if we could wait. The Host said one moment so we waited. We heard a loud voice in the back ground say “If you’re booked you’re booked. The Host returned and said sorry they’re booked. I then asked about the table by the pizzeria and they said no. They definitely had an attitude. So we left for another restaurant in Midland Park. So just for giggles we called Rosario’s again on the phone for a table and low and behold they said they had one at 5:45. Bottom line. Terrible restaurant management. They will never see by...
Read moreWe had an excellent experience here at the beginning of the summer. There is a pizza place on one side and a restaurant area on the other. We went around 5pm on a Saturday and were seated promptly. By 6PM, the dining room was full and we knew we made the right choice coming here. It is a BYOB. Every single person finished their meal! The salad was fresh. The eggplant Parmesan was one of the best I’ve ever had. The seafood ravioli was great. My mother who never finishes her food, finished it! My son and husband also loved the pizza. The prices are fair for the quality of food you get. This is a place we plan to go regularly and...
