Arby's — Restaurant in Midland

I do not recommend working or eating here, most of the managers are just terrible very negative and rude accept for Derrek. Everyone else is just horrendous, bugs crawling everywhere serving fries that had bugs in it to customers just so disgusted with the people and the place quitting Arby's is the best thing that's ever happened to me never again will I go back to work there or even eat there. Worst experience I've ever had the pay is bad too. Paying me 9.25 an hour no raises they lie to you tell you every 3 months you are progressing you get a quarter raise. In which I was there for a year and a half and still had to wait another 6 months to even get a dollar raise so I would of had to wait 2 years which is not worth dealing with everything that is broken down. They talk behind your back and smile in your face which is so fake! I thank God I left this place it's no good falling apart. They expect you to brake their backs for them and the store like I said ITS NOT...

This has to be the worst Arby's in the entire US. I have had several encounters there that have been awful. Once with the GM herself and once with one of her managers, the customer service is absolutely awful. I can not believe the way the managers carry them self's, their staff looked at me both times in shock while their managers continued to be rude. The food is never fresh, if you ask for it fresh they become very defensive and almost deny you. Also the roast beef is HORRIBLE. They cut the meat way to thick. I was a manager and worked for Arby's back home for many years, we always had top service and everyone was held accountable. The district manager should really start doing surprise visits, get corporate in here and teach this staff the correct ways to do things. I really like Arby's in general but refuse to go since I have moved...

The food here has always been exceptional, same as the service. I give them 1star because today I witnessed one of their employees rudely yell at a senior citizen and then slam the salt packets on the counter. Extremely un necessary behavior. The employee then continued speaking loudly,"lots going on here, bring your own salt next time, etc" this happened on 06/10 at about 12:15 pm. This employee needs some therapy and needs to check his loud boisterous voice at the door. I am sure Arbys standards are higher than this. The senior citizen only asked for salt packets, no need for so much drama...
