El aguaje — Restaurant in Midland

This little hole in the wall is seriously good. They have burritos and menudo. That's it. But they do both really well. We got a sausage, egg and bean burrito; a chorizo and egg burrito and a Chile Verde, potato, egg with cheese burrito. All three were delicious.

The burritos are about five bucks each which normally is high but these burritos are so big they are worth it! Jumburrito charges more for their burritos and they are half the size of this place.

The building is tiny with only one table to sit at so consider this a take out only joint even if dining in is an option. The sodas are in bottles so no refills.

The only complaint I have is the salsa containers are tiny. The burritos are so freaking massive that I needed five containers per burrito! The owners are very nice and welcoming to everyone, they are the reason I am giving five stars. The burritos are four stars, the building is one star but the owners are just fantastic. Food is good and Burritos are huge. Asked for 2 spam and egg with bean, and got a soda, told me the total was $23 (flat) I thought I saw the card reader say $25 with some change but didn’t think anything of it, and he didn’t provide a receipt.
