Mulan Express — Restaurant in Midland

We come to mall often and this is our go to spot for lunch. We go and have never had a bad encounter! The staff are always incredibly kind (even when some customers in front of us are very rude). They make my Fiancées sweet and sour chicken to order everytime which is nice so it doesn’t get soft and old and she also gets the fried rice and loves it! Perfect amount of vegetables in it and the flavor is great.

I always get white rice with orange change, Aladdin chicken and the sesame chicken. orange chicken is always great! The Aladdin chicken is wonderful but fresh is usually better. Sesame chicken is great but the sauce can get a bit bleh after a while.

Overall the service and food is top notch for the price and is my go to place...

The Chinese chicken dish, if one can even describe it as such, was excessively breaded with a minimal amount of meat. Got the Sesame Chicken, not very impressed. Chicken was okay, but you can tell it’s not high quality. Fried rice had barely any egg or vegetables in it and seemed stale.
