Not sure what's going on with your fries but to say they are WAY over salted is an understatement. The last few times I've gotten them I've literally had to wipe the salt off each individual fry with a napkin... and even then they were still too salty. In addition to being heart attack inducing, they are soggy and undercooked at least 3/4 of the time... they taste like a raw potato. Last nights order was dripping with grease. Out of the entire "little" fry order, I wiped off and ate maybe 10 that were a little more well done than the rest (probably the old ones from the fryer). I don't normally like to post bad reviews but the last time I complained about getting mushy fries I was told that it was my fault they were soggy because I had closed the paper bag (as opposed to leaving it open to dump in my car I suppose?). I was offered a new order... which out of principle I accepted... drove back to Five Guys, waited for them to be cooked, and returned home to eat some decent fries and my now cold burger. I know I am not the only person who has an issue with fries! They use to be the best! The burgers are still one of my faves but I am throwing in the towel and giving up on Five Guys. Who can eat a burger without fries...
Read moreBeen here a few times and it's been ok. But this last time me and my wife came to get dinner. We order and go home to eat. She opens her burger to find that the Patty is missing. I kind of laugh because it's a bit funny and I bring it back to this location with my receipt. I tell the guy at the register what happened and show him the burger and the receipt. Here just kind of looks at me then turns around to his cook and says hey you forgot a Patty on this burger. The cook just sheriff's as if he could care less and says "I guess we'll remake it." The cashier takes my receipt and says will remake it. I ask "can I get a drink for my trouble?" He them rings me up $2.50 for a drink I had to drive here for twice. What's the cost of that drink you could have given me to make me a little happier about driving back up here for. They hastily remake my burger and the guy just hands me a flat burger. It's wrapped but no bag. I ask for a bag and he just puts it on the counter in front of me. I'm not really picky missing the burger we all make mistakes it's not a huge deal but seriously the lack of respect and pride these employees have is astonishing. It's cool glory days is right down the road and they...
Read moreThis past week, my wife and I ordered dinner to be delivered from here to our home.
Below is the story of why this Five Guys is where we’ll be getting burgers from now on:
We used Grubhub for the $12 off coupon for first time users that I saw on the Google Maps App. That was where everything went wrong. Our order got delayed 3 times pushing our delivery back a total of 1 hour & 45 minutes from the original time. This is where everything started turning around for the better. I called this store and spoke with the manager and when I told him I would like to come pick up my food, he said he would remake our burgers! (They has been sitting there for over a hour) When I arrived, they had just finished our burgers and were waiting for the fries to be finished. The manager made our smoothie and I was all set! I thanked him for remaking our food and he said Five Guys serves delicious and fresh food and that’s their way! He was helpful, professional, and apologized for everything. He told me about 2 other delivery services that they’ve had better experience with for next time.
We will definitely be ordering food from here in the future and say thank you to the manager that turned...
