Bob’s Fish & Seafood MWC — Restaurant in Midwest City

I was looking for a place because I wanted some good fish and shrimp. So I googled seafood in MWC and Bob's Fish & Seafood popped up. I looked at the reviews and they were all great reviews, so I decided to give them a try. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a pleasant young lady that was helpful in me deciding what I wanted, and she even told me about the original location. The place was clean and the menu was easy to read. I ordered a fish fillet and shrimp, and it came with potato wedges and hush puppies, and the prices are very reasonable. I did not mind waiting at all, because I'd rather my food be fresh then be sitting under a warmer for hours. I am here to say, hands down that is the absolute BEST fish and BEST shrimp I have ever had!! The seasoning and crunch on the fish was to die for. The shrimp were large and seasoned perfectly, and the hush puppies and potato wedges were so delicious as well! Bob's Fish and seafood is a staple to Oklahoma city. My 3 piece real catfish; was fried to perfection! The midwest city location has a dine in side and a togo/call in side. The Midwest city location has more food options vs the Eastside location. New items include fried chicken meals, chicken & shrimp tacos, hamburgers, wings and new sides like mac n chesse. The Bob's seasoning is always great! You can get plain cornmeal. You can buy fresh whole catfish, bone in and filet, perch, tilapia, crab legs, frog legs, Buffalo, shrimp by the pound. Bob's will even cut your fresh fish and packaged well to to go for you to cook at home! You also can pick your fresh fish and have them cook it as well. The customer service is really great! However the wedges are Always cold and dried out and the greens are hit and miss. They are good when they don't add cabbage to greens but they put an overwhelming amount of water off of the greens in the container vs straining them first and only giving you what you've asked for Greens. The Mac and cheese is delicious and the fried fish and shrimp are spot on!! There is an added fee when you pay with a card. I like the options for sides however for freshly prepared fried food (imperative) I prefer the Eastside...
