We pulled in and ordered 2 rt 44 drinks at 4:39 pm. They weren't to busy but there were other cars there when we got there so when 10 minutes went by no big deal. Then 20 minutes went by and cars were going through the drive through but not one single car hop had come out to deliver orders to the stalls, so we push the button and and let them know we've been waiting 25 minutes and they say they'll be right with us. Another 10 minutes go by, I get out walk up and look in the window and one guy is cooking and the other guy is running the drive through, which is flowing like water, and 2 car hops show up for work and go in. The manager comes out and says can I help you and I said yes we've been waiting over 25 minutes for 2 drinks and people that have come in after us in the drive through are being served and we are still waiting! She says "We can cancel your order" I said I don't want to cancel my order I paid on my card. I want you to go in and get our drinks and bring them out to us! It probably would have been an act of congress to get a refund on my card at this point! She says "We are doing the best we can"! If that is their best then someone else needs to take over! I went back to our vehicle and finally orders started being served by the car hops and the manager. Then FINALLY at 5:15 the manager brings our drinks out to us with 2 free drink vouchers. She says sorry about your wait. Here's a couple of free vouchers for you. I understand everyone has a bad day now and then but my goodness! We left Sonic at 5:19! 45 minutes for 2 drinks! A carhop came out and told us they forgot to drop our wings (to which they refunded our money for) and it would be another 6 minutes, proceeded to hand us our other food, asked if we would like a shake for free. I replied I just want to have warm food when we get home so she offered to have it sit under the warmer. She brought out our free shake and all the food ( the tater tots were cold. Why couldn't we get a fresh tots? I paid $5 for two large cold tator tots ) Got home and realized two of the bacon cheeseburger toaster sandwiches had bread, meat, bbq sauce and pickles....that's it. No cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato, onion ring, or bacon. It's kinda comical the lack of sandwich we were given. Called immediately and spoke to the manager; asked him to please remake them as I drove back to the restaurant. Read moreThis Sonic used to be great. I've lived less than 1/4 a mile away for 13 years. I used to stop at this sonic at least once a day. Now? This location is absolutely THE WORST SONIC. Their hours? Supposed to be open 7am, closed 10pm. Laughable. They are usually closed by 7:30 to 8, no way knowing when or if someone will be there. Want to order on the mobile app like it's 2022? NOPE. This location has "Order Ahead" disabled. You can't get 1/2 price drinks, you can't use any mobile app perks or order anything that's available Exclusively on the mobile app that sonic sends you 5 emails about. Just the absolute disrespect to the public, it makes me boiling mad.
