SEPTEMBER 27, 2021 I VISITED THE TACO BELL DRIVE THROUGH AT LOCATION 9000 NE 23rd St Oklahoma City, OK 73141 TIME WAS 2:15 AM STORE TO CLOSE AT 3:00 AM. WHEN THE LADY SPOKE TO ME AT THE DRIVE THROUGH SPEAKER SHE ABRUPTLY SAID THAT COMPUTERS WERE DOWN AND WE COULD NOT ORDER. I PULLED OUT OF THE PARKING LOT TO LEAVE WHEN I NOTICED AN AFRICAN AMERICAN LADY LEAVING THE RESTERAUNT AND HEADING TO HER CAR. I WENT AHEAD AND PULLED BACK INTO TACO BELL AND DROVE BY HER VEHICLE ONLY TO LEARN SHE WAS SITTING IN CAR ON HER CELL PHONE! SOMEHOW I DID NOT BELIEVE COMPUTERS WERE DOWN. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL OTHER INCIDENT WHICH INCLUDES EMOLOYEE TELLING ME THEY JUST HAD A BIG RUSH OF CUSTOMERS AND THAT THEY HAVE CLOSED DRIVE THROUGH FOR 30 MINUTES TO REVAMP HOWEVER I WAS THE ONLY CAR IN DRIVE THROUGH! I HAVE ALSO HAD THEM TELL ME ON ANOTHER OCCASION THAT THEY WERE OUT OF RED SAUCE AND I EXPLAINED I DID NOT NEED RED SAUCE ON MY ORDER AND I BEGAN ORDERING AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE OUT OF CHICKEN, I ENDED UP LEAVING. TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THIS LAST INCIDENT I PULLED IN TO DRIVE THROUGH AT 2:35 AM AND WAS ADVISED THEY HAD NO CHEESE AND THAT THEY WERE CLOSING EARLY. THIS IS ABSURD AND ETHICALLY WRONG. I FEEL THAT I NEED TO SHARE THIS WITH TACO BELL HOME OFFICE OR REGIONAL MANAGER SO THAT THEY ARE AWARE HOW EMPLOYEES ARE CONDUCTING THEIR BUSINESS, I WOULD WANT THE SAME CURTESY IF IT WERE MY STORE. CURRENTLY THIS STORE IN MY OPINION DOES NOT EVEN RATE ON A FIVE STAR SCALE AS THESE INCIDENTS WERE BACK TO BACK. K LOVE TO EAT AT TACO BELL AND JUST CANT SEE MYSELF EVER RETURNING BACK TO THIS LOCATION WHICH IS LITERALLY 0.2 MILES FROM MY HOME! THIS TACO BELL NEEDS A MANAGER TO GET INVOLVED TO CORRECT THESE ISSUES BEFORE MORE CUSTOMERS ARE AFFECTED. The order was missing chips for the $7 cravings box and a soft shell taco my son looked at the cravings box food and there was Hardly anything in it. He wasn’t happy. He said I should go back for them to get it right so I did. I told them I also gave them the receipt the lady some sort of manager was giving me a hard time but told her it wasn’t me it was who ever made the order and they reluctantly made the box again. The man behind the counter putting the food together came up to me and said it was right there first time and I was mad because of it was right there first time I wouldn’t be there I would be relaxing at home with the food I bought. How he can talk to customers like that he shouldn’t be there in customer service, nose I know why the place isn’t busy because they don’t care how they treat customers and no I won’t go back I will go some other place for food. We weren't told the balance so when we arrived to the window to pay, The general manager was already very rude just out of frustration of the long line . She was giving us 2 wrong drinks and when I asked her to confirm what she was charging me for, she got upset and refused to service me.
I believe I'm in my right to know what I'm being charged for especially when she was already trying to give us wrong drinks and sure enough! We went to a different Taco Bell looks like this Location here WAS over charging me 6$! The audacity if this general manager to get mad at me for her Mistake!
She was clearly going to make me pay for someone else's order....
