KFC — Restaurant in Midwest City

‼️ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION‼️I had the WORST experience of my life at KFC on Thursday, November, 16th at approximately 8:20 pm! I went to order a 16-piece family meal and this is exactly how the conversation went. Me: "HI, can I have the 16-piece family meal?" Serenity: No! Me: I'm sorry, are you talking to me? Serenity: Uh yeah! Me: I'm sorry, I'm a bit confused. Why can't I order a family meal? Serenity: We don't have all the pieces of chicken for all of that! Me: So what am I supposed to do? Serenity: The best I can do is a 4 piece! Me: Ma'am, we are a family of 7, a 4 piece isn't going to do. Serenity: Hold on! (Leaves for a few seconds) OK, so all I got is breasts and wings! Me: OK, that is fine. Can I have those in a 16-piece? Serenity: I meeeeean, you can but it's gone be Hella expensive! Me: Why would the price change? Serenity: BECAUSE!! You are getting mostly breast and I have to ring up each piece separately!! Me: But that doesn't make any sense. It's not my fault you do not have the correct amount of chicken for a family meal. Why should I have to pay extra? Serenity: (ignores me and rings up the total, which is almost SIXTY DOLLARS!) Me: OK, there is no way I'm paying almost $60. I have a coupon, it's $32.99 for a 16-piece. Serenity: No! No! No! You cannot use that coupon because you're getting mostly breasts! Me: So you won't honor my coupon either? Serenity: (Yelling at me)OH MY GOD!! YOU CAN EITHER GET THE 16-PIECE FOR THE PRICE I TOLD YOU, GET THE 4-PIECE, OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Me: Why are you yelling and being so rude? I am a paying customer just trying to order food for my family. Never mind ma'am, can I just have your corporate number? Serenity: (yelling at me again) OH MY GOD! WHY DO YOU WANT THE CORPORATE NUMBER?!!? BECAUSE YOU CAN'T ORDER YOUR 16-PIECE!?!? THAT SO STUPID!! Me: No! It's no longer about the chicken ma'am! It's about your blatant disrespect for your customers! I am in disbelief that KFC has you as the face of their company. Serenity: (laughs) OK, hold on! (Starts having a conversation with a fellow employee) Serenity: Some woman in the drive-thru wants the corporate number! Other Employee: Are you going to give it to her? Serenity: That's not the point, she over here mad because she can't get her 16-piece! And I really don't care! Me: I can hear you and I know you don't care, I just need the corporate number please. Serenity: I don't have it! Me: YOU don't have it? Or you're not willing to give it to me? Serenity: (Yelling at mebonce again) I DON'T HAVE IT!! Me: I don't believe you. The number is usually posted somewhere on the wall or in the manager's office. Serenity: (laughs again) I AM THE MANAGER!! Me: YOU'RE the manager?? Serenity: YES!! Me: Wow! Ok what is your name? Serenity: Who's name?? Me: Yours! Serenity: MY name is Serenity. Me. Ok thank you, I will find the number myself. Serenity: Yea! Bye! I immediately called corporate and filed a formal complaint!! I have NEVER been treated SO poorly especially by a manager. We bought a 3 piece meal was requested that it be all legs , original recipe. The meal was for my son who is absolutely the sweetest , Most kind soul you could know. He didn't even want to send it back he'd usually rather deal with whatever but I insisted because it was awful! They gave 2 wings one leg the oil or something had to be old because it was so bitter. The fries were SO bad stale and stiff. The biscuit was the most decent part. The girl at the window wasn't real happy but took the food and told me to come in. I did and a worker said James will be out in sec. I was kind , had a smile ( not even kind of upset rude) James came out Said what's the deal? I said , " he said the chicken is bitter " I can see the fries are old hard and stale and there were supposed to be all legs I said that the lady had already taken the food at the windows and through it away. He then says that he knows I'm "lying " that he just pulled the chicken. I said I have no reason to lie but that it wasn't my food and it was my sons and that he absolutely had no reason to lie ,he literally hates complaining and I know something is awful when he complains because he just doesn't he will just eat it bad or not and usually I will too and mostly for this reason right here. He proceeded to mock me when I said I'm not a liar my son is not a liar and that's hurtful that I didn't understand why he was being hurtful or argumentative when I come here often and am more than kind and he said " awe poor baby what will you do? It's just the worst thing that could happen to you " He kept taunting saying ok liars you can go ahead and never come back. I left in tears and come to find out he is the manager 😭 They all seemed to have his back and I felt like I was in Jr high being bullied all over again. Idk why he chose me today but others should know because the way I was just treated could really push someone who's having a horrible time over the edge. 2-23-20. 11:18 am I will never darken the doors of this location ever again all thanks to Cynthia. I was there to pickup a scheduled online order. So excited that our Sunday family dinner would be ready and waiting for us. I had 2 of my grandbabies with me, when I told them I was there to pickup an online order I was informed it had not popped up on their screen yet. While attempting to check online with my bank to make sure I had not been charged. A gentleman came back in and asked for ketchup. Cynthia who was now in the dining area, pointed him to the 'help yourself' ketchup. She caught my attention after he left. Cynthia went to inspect with no regards to who was around openly complained something like "I knew it." From her comment I guess he took more than she thought he should have. Bad enough. No not yet! I had gone outside to connect my phone to charger to complete my bank inquiry. Something had gone wrong and the online order was never completed. So back inside to place my order. While standing at the counter my granddaughter knocked over the pepper packets and some fell on the floor. Cynthia who was headed into the ladies room to clean 'I suppose' turned and told her to "Pick That Up!" EXCUSE ME!! I was standing right there. "I am her grandmother and I am more than capable of handling this!" I pointed out the fact that I had heard her comment about the ketchup and she had no place or right to tell my granddaughter what to do. I asked her 4 times for her name and she could only stand there with her mouth open dumbly. I had to walk over to her to get it. I let her and the gentleman at the counter know that I would be giving them a review and naming Cynthia by name.
