Del Rancho - SE 29th — Restaurant in Midwest City

Worst experience ever. We are from Texas and were joining our relatives who’ve lived here for over 50 years. The wrong food was received than ordered, and wrong, missing sides or cold sides. My 96 year old mother in law ordered the small steak and got chicken. She ate that anyways. I didn’t get my large chicken until everyone else was finished with their meals. Not to mention the sides were cold, one wasn’t received until the meal was already eaten. This isn’t all and the attitudes were terrible towards us when we asked for our potato side or my meal. Asked to speak to the manager and his response was “I’m so sorry, we have a training issue.” We got our receipts and there were no discounts to make amends for such a terrible experience. 5 people have now crossed this place off the list to go back, as long as this lack of management exists. We love Del Rancho, our first time at this location tho. Thank God not our first time eating del rancho or we'd never eat there again. This location is absolutely the worst sandwich we've ever had. Taste like the grease has never been changed. No meat all breading and had no flavor unless you like grease. The lady on the phone taking orders absolutely did not want to be there. Stick to the other locations.*Update we ordered by phone around noonish 6-15-21 the fries where not seasoned or cooked all the way the sandwich fell apart because the meat was so flat. The lady that brought the food out was a sweetheart the lady on the phone seemed like she didn't want to be there. I see a lot of other complaints saying the same when they order around lunch time but food is better in the evening so maybe will try that next time. Or stick to the tenth street location. This is my fourth time at this location. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but, we'll more than likely not be back. We live right next to this one but it's worth the drive to go elsewhere. The food is great and the place is really nice and clean. That's earned them 2 stars. But that where it ends. If you call in your order please triple the wait time to pick up your food. Don't bother asking questions. No one will give you any answers. There's never a manager to talk to and even if you offer to pay for it asking for extra sauce and dressing will not be well received. Tonight I waited over 30 mins for a 3 piece kids meal and watched countless people who had shown up after me get their food. Last time my call in order was necer put in and tbat was.
