I went to the Mac Donald's in Milan yesterday. I ordered two double cheeseburgers with substitute onions. Which if no one is aware or familiar with substitute onions, they are real onions not pieces of minced onion that get mixed in with other items on your burger. Basically useless. One of the burgers came with three pieces of sliced onion. The other one had no onion and one piece of cheese. I ate one, because I was so hungry and was really looking forward to a burger at the Milan McDonald's. I don't proceeded to go back through the drive-thru window, present my receipts and my burger issue to the very unkind cashier type person at the window. I was returned my burger moments later with six pieces of sliced onion, that were grilled for some odd reason. I took the burger home, and did eat it later that night, it was fair. On top of all of that, two cheeseburgers with substitute onion, cost me over $6! Yes I said $6! Honestly, I would have paid probably $3 for both of them if I were really hungry. Read moreI was accused of swearing at the drive thru cashier which was not true .they insisted that next time they would not serve me. The problem was that the person talking over the intercom kept talking as i was ordering and would not listen to me also getting the order wrong . So when drove up to the first window i had requested that women speaking over the intercom should be more patient and listen. There would not have been an issue.so then I drove to the second window where i got to meet this tattooed disgruntled shift leader who began to tell me she had two employees tell her that I swore at them while I had my lady and two young children in the back seat. My reply was your workers are liars and i dont swear around my children. She then rudely told me next time my service would be refused slamming the window shut in my face. This is not how you treat customers. Or just anyone for that matter . #upset and...
