Milan Coney Island — Restaurant in Milan

Usually this would be a 5 star, but this one experience changed that. We went there on 8/23. Place half-full. It was seat yourself so my wife and I chose our booth. Then the wait. No one came to give our silverware. No one came to ask us our drink order. We waited. And waited. After approximately 10 minutes a young came and asked us if we got our drinks. We said no. He brought us our drinks and said our server would be there soon. And we waited. And waited. Again, about 15 minutes later, the same young man came back and asked if our order had been taken. We said no and he took our order. Then, our food was finally brought to our table. By who I assumed was our server. We did not see him again. Oh. To give us our bill. By far one of the worst dining experience I've had at any restaurant in recent years didn't get half the stuff we ordered ask him to take it off the bill and I only took off half the stuff we didn't get never got the appetizers we ordered order Deluxe Burgers got plain Burgers ask for the lettuce tomato and stuff to make a deluxe never got it Burgers had no seasoning at all the wife's fish was mushy and overcooked been there hundreds of times but over the last few years it's gone downhill did they get new owners or something or just the cook that doesn't know how to cook if you're hungry and you want what you ordered tried going across the street to one the fast food places it might kill you but it'll definitely get what you order have a chance it will ...

I’m honestly surprised, I stop in regularly 1-3 times a week before work. The last 4/5 times my order has been wrong. I get the exact same thing every time and there’s one person in there that consistently messes it up. A Bacon and cheese omelette, for some reason, the dude brings ham and cheese. I watch him write it down and he repeats it back to me and then it’s ham. Bacon and ham share one letter, I hate ham, never ordered it my life anywhere, and today the dude didn’t even check back so I sat there with the wrong food, then decided to pay and leave.
