This a second occurrence thus I am leaving my feedback. Twice this week, I was critiqued on how I place my online order. The first occasion, a young man in the drive thru stated I “needed” to place my order more than 8 to 10 minutes ahead because they are busy. Ok. I place my order coming into Milford, from Hartland. I cannot help system glitches or errors on when you decide to take my order from the mobile order area. Today, 03/08 around 220, I placed another order, the lady at the drive thru stated “please make your order drive thru, not in store for future reference”
First of all, simple human error on today’s order. Second, it will not hurt you to walk 50 extra feet to retrieve my drink.
Agreeing with previous reviews that their passive aggressive customer service skills need improvement. As a customer I CHOOSE to come to your store it isn’t needed to provide helpful tips and tricks to place blame on the customer for having to perform an extra step in your job duties.

Read moreBy far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Customer service at this location is non existent! But don’t worry they have a coffee bar! Because asking for sugar to be placed in the bottom of your pour over is putting them out. Or arguing with me when I order a dopio and get charged for a quad. The list goes on and on! Too bad the only other Starbucks near here happens to be the horrible one inside Kroger. Maybe corporate should fix one of these before BIGGBY in Hartland starts getting all there customers.
