I have NEVER left a negative review before. However, never, in recent memory, have I been treated so rudely by staff. My husband and I came in looking for a replacement part for his Vape. He purchased this mod kit 2 weeks ago from Wild Bills. The enclosed system included the battery with the mod kit. My husband's previous 3 vapes all included batteries as well. After explaining the part we were looking for, the employee kept looking through coils (we weren't looking for coils) and saying they didn't have what we were looking for. My husband said he would be willing to purchase a new kit then if that was the case. The employee then tried to clearly upsell and lied to us saying mod kits do not include batteries. Me and my husband both explained that wasn't the case and we had purchased one as little as 2 weeks ago with the battery enclosed and clearly included. The employee then began yelling at us that someone lied to us then and we need to buy these separately. Immediately me and my husband looked at eachother. Told the man we didn't appreciate being yelled at and left the store. We were willing to spend up to a couple hundred on a new vape, instead here I am writing a negative review. I have never been yelled out of a store in my life. We were quietly browsing asking to see different models of vapes. Uncalled for, rude, and entirely unprofessional. I understand trying to make money, but don't scream at your customers if they aren't buying what you're selling...

I never leave poor reviews but I cant belueve how we were treated. Went in to look for a replacement part for my vape guy didn't even look or try to understand what I was looking for. Began looking at new vapes if I couldn't find the part was going to buy a whole new rig. I was ready to spend upwards of a couple hundred bucks, the guy behind the counter was very confrontational and began yelling at me out of nowhere. I was simply quietly looking at new vapes. Once he started raising his voice I told him I'm not going to be yelled at grabbed my wife and left. At no point did he apologize or even try to help Me he just decided to start yelling about batteries. Way too many vape shops out there to put up with that nonsense I'll take my business and money elsewhere. My argus pro by voopoo and my luxe 80 both bought in the last year have internal batteries that cannot be bought separately. But never even Argued that. Guy just wanted to yell and...
