Dunkin' — Restaurant in Milford

This is Joe Toledo and Laura went to the Dunkin Donut at 31 Main Street, Milford, MA 01575 because our dog/therapy service with us for processing to order our coffee. Somehow, a lady name is Stephaine (manager) throw her tantrums and told us; the dog does not allow into the building. Laura explained Stephaine it is an illegal asking the document for a dog service. Stephaine talked to another manager (I am not sure). Another person came and write down "need a vest of the service". There is no pet or do not allow any dog for this building by the door or the wall. I have a video of misconduct behavior. At this point, we are not very appreciate with Stephaine attitude and not even apologized to us. I have to report to the Department of Justice comes with American Disability Act.

New staff ruined this location. There are 4 or 5 Dunkin’s in Milford- I learned not to go to the one next to Dollar Tree because the service was terrible, orders wrong 4 times in a row, barely able to understand the staff. The staff at this one were great, even knew my order after only going there a few times- up until 2 or 3 months ago, when certain employees moved from the S Main st location to this one… and ruined the service. Ordered an iced (only a little) chai latte w/ oatmilk this morning- did mobile order in the hopes they would actually READ the order and follow it. Nope, ton of ice, not mixed at all with the chai syrup at the bottom, not even sure they used oat milk instead of regular because I got sick to my stomach soon after finishing it....

Horrible service!!! It was pouring rain I waited 2 minutes at the drive through waiting to order no one answered. I went to the window after seeing the person in front of me getting their order. I asked if I could order the two muffins at the window, she walked away grabbed the muffins, THREW them out the window then said “just go you don’t need to pay”. I went inside appalled at how she threw my order at me and said I will pay for this and she just kept repeating herself “just leave” I asked her name multiple times until eventually she said her name was Emily. I proceeded to call the store multiple times in hopes to speak to a manager but she would answer and hang up the phone... EXTREMELY RUDE AND...
