This is going to be long, but hear me out. I visited this location at about 10:20, today 6/24/2019. When my dog and I go on long trips, sometimes I get her a little cup of whipped cream as a reward for being patient in the car. Other Dunks have charged me about 15 cents or so and moved on with their day or been happy to see my dog get a little treat. No big deal. Today, while ordering at the drive through, the woman taking my order was a little bit rude about my request. Whatever, it’s abnormal. When I got to the window, however, she became even more rude and mean. “So you want a cup of whipped cream? I’ve never heard of that?” First of all, I’m a freaking customer, it’s your job to give me what I order within the realm of availability, right? You have whipped cream and I ordered it. I don’t need to offer an explanation, but I did anyways. I explained that it was for my dog. She then became more hostile and yelled at me, telling me that sugar is bad for dogs. I know that. But here’s a little bit of wisdom for you, human, sugar is bad for you, too. But we can all digest it in moderation. I told her I’ve ordered it before. She said that was stupid. I tried to say other Dunkin Donuts had been accommodating to my request. She said that was stupid. I then told her Starbucks even has a menu item called a “Puppacino” (a small cup of whipped cream for dogs). She replied by saying Starbucks is stupid, THREE times. I tried to explain more that it’s okay to treat your dog, but she just said she loved animals, emphasizing herself so to indicate I don’t. She did this repeatedly as she walked away. The interaction was so long and rude, and it hurt my feelings to the point of tears. My dog is ten years old, she has great overall physical and oral health. Clearly, I am a fantastic owner and her best friend. For a stranger at a freaking Dunkin Donuts to insult me so badly when I’m just a fleeting consumer is wildly inappropriate and harmful. I’ve filed a complaint with corporate, and I am leaving this review to make my point more clear. You can’t treat customers that way. It’s clear this franchise has lost my business, but that’s beside the point. This employee should be terminated for being so rude and hurtful...
Read morePulled up to this location at 3.50pm on 11/2022, after a long drive from Alstead. Found the lobby to be closed. Pulled into the drive-thru and ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, medium mocha latte and large mocha macchiato. The girl did not understand. She sounded frustrated and very impolite. She wanted me to start the order from scratch. So I did. When the last order for mocha macchiato was placed, she said she has never heard of it. Once again she started to sound unprofessional and rude. So I just told her to cancel the entire order. Pulled into the window to see all 3 employees having a laugh. When the girls approached the window to talk to me controlling her giggles, I just asked her if she was the one taking my order. She refused to answer claiming that she could not hear me. When I insisted she answer my question, she just put her hands up and walked away from the window. I have never seen such callousness ever. All these employees do not deserve to work there. The management should find better employees and train them to DD standards. Will be writing to DD CS about this...
Read moreI had an absolutely awful experience here this past weekend.
Sat (9/12/25) I ordered a Medium iced coffee.
After waiting over 10 min in the drive-thru for a single coffee, it tasted very weird, which is basically normal for this dunkin (they never get it right).
A couple hours later I was violently sick, and continued feeling nauseous for the remainder of the weekend.
I filed a complaint on the app, and the manager got back to me, but offered no solution.
Dunkin barley got my business to begin with, but they will not be getting my business any longer. I encourage any & everyone to stay away from this location at all costs.
Go to starbucks and spend the extra money, or save money and make your coffee at home.
Dunkins corp doesn't care about their employees enough to pay them a living wage or pay them enough to care, for that matter.
The safety and well-being of their customers is obviously not a priority, either.
They keep raising prices for the same mediocre "coffee", and the management...
