Worst customer service I have experienced. I walked in, walked to the register, & said hello, there were 3 girls standing there looking right at me & did not say a word. One of the girls, yelled “mom” at an older women (so she can catch my attention). She was on her phone looked straight at me and didn’t say a word just gave me the look like “what?”, so I gave her my order, (by the way she is still on her phone), goes over to 3 men & shows them something on her phone. We tried to have Nellys cater an event. I went to the shop and spoke with someone. We later emailed, per their request, our menu. Crickets. No emails back, we called, no return calls. I went to the shop again and was promised a call that afternoon, and still nothing. Heard nothing but great things about their food. I like ordering tuna fish Some places make it too dry and other places make it too wet or some places don't put much in the sub but also charge the customer a lot for a little in the sub

This place makes it just right I have no complaints about what I ordered today
