Seeley's Deli — Restaurant in Milford

Food here is really good, but the service is weird. On several occasions I have called before 11am and get a busy signal. And it stays busy for a long time. I don't want to drive there, order and then wait, that's ridiculous that they take the phone off the hook. The other complaint I have is the every once in awhile I'll go inside, order, and I'm left wondering when I'll actually get my sandwich. They've truly been so busy that I'll order, and have to ask, like, where my sub? They will stop and take care of ppl they know and forget your order if they're busy busy. Otherwise for those two things, I'd go there exclusively and would've given 5 stars for the food. But.....Bert's is pretty good too and they always...

Follow up on my previous review. I spoke to the owner, as she left her name and phone number after the review of my salad. The owner, Amanda Williams was beyond professional, and it's clear to me that she cares about the quality of her food, hearing any feedback to improve the execution of their recipes, and making her customers happy.

I'm a culinary instructor, and I also teach a restaurant class as well. The response and conversation from the owner was probably the best customer service I have experienced. My son and I also went back to try two sandwiches...the meatloaf sandwich on a roll and Jay's famous Chicken cutlet sub. It was delicious. I plan on going back for a salad this week. Thank you...

Stopped here for breakfast before heading to the Pez Visitor Center on a Friday morning and customers were steadily streaming in the entire time we were there. They had a deal on Yelp where you pay $5 and get $10 which is always a great incentive for hubby and I to choose a particular place over another. We both got egg sandwiches on toast - mine with bacon his with sausage and hash browns on the side. Everything was made to order and quite hearty plus the staff was so friendly and accommodating.
