A few weeks ago, I dropped my MacBook Pro on the ground and was not happy when it wouldn’t turn back on. When I took it to the Apple store in New Haven, they said they couldn’t work on my computer because it is more than 7 years old. However, a staff member at the Genius Bar told me about Technology Revealed. She said that’s where she would take her computer if she didn’t work at Apple. My first thought was: what’s good enough for someone who works at Apple is good enough for me! And I’m so grateful that she told me about them because they exceeded my expectations. A big thank you to Cory and Cathy at Technology Revealed. Cathy couldn’t have been nicer to me on the phone and was very patient in answering all of my questions. I called several times and she was very generous with her time. Not knowing whether your computer is repairable and whether you’re going to lose all of your data is very nerve-wracking and she helped put my mind at ease. And Cory did as well. When I talked to him, I could tell he was very knowledgeable and I was confident that my computer was in really good hands. Cory also had a calming presence, which was helpful as well. What’s more, he fixed my computer and he managed to do it the same day I dropped it off. Needless to say, I am very happy with Technology Revealed. Their customer service and their capabilities are outstanding and I have already recommended them to a few people....

I first brought my 2012 MacBook Pro to the Apple Store in Trumbull to see if they could troubleshoot a hard drive issue. Although it was in good condition for its age, I was told that they could not repair or replace the drive and that I should contact an Apple-certified repair shop. They recommended Technology Revealed, LLC and after handing my laptop off to Dave to be repaired, I am proud to say that I am more than satisfied with the work that he did.

Dave clearly explained my options to me when I first brought the computer in and priced out parts and labor to show me what things could end up costing me depending on what was wrong and how much work needed to be done. After he took a look at the hard drive, he gave me a recommendation for the storage capacity of a replacement so that I didn't spend money on storage I didn't' need. In addition to replacing the hard drive, Dave upgraded the RAM and gave me a recommendation for an external hard drive. I sit here today writing this review on my repaired MacBook Pro all because Dave was considerate, informative, and professional. If any of my friends or colleagues have Macs that are in need of repair, I will recommend Technology Revealed, LLC with no hesitation....

We spent 9 days off line, in total frustration and anxiety, while no one could assist us with our Apple devices not working. We called every company one would surmise would provide answers.. but nada! goose eggs! nothing! Then Pauline and Jim Brannigan told us about Technology Revealed and Jason enters the picture! OMG!!! He saved us!! He’s a great guy, totally professional, and thoroughly versed in the inner-workings of the computer technology world. He informed us of his progress at every juncture and even rode along with my husband to secure needed devices to solve the problem. We would highly recommend Jason and Technology Revealed for any IT issues you may be having! People have called them the “ Gurus” in their field in this neck of the woods... and we are sure that even that wonderful description is an understatement!!
